Overpriced……they can never seem to find the issue you have and opinions vary by mechanic. Example was told I needed front and rear brakes because they were not LEXUS brand so quote of $1500. I go back a month later now only need front brakes because rear were good. SMH. Another time was charged for service plan covered repair but took 2-3 weeks to get reimbursed. Recently was told Id be charged 3 hours labor to remove front bumper and switch headlamp actuator. $600 for that plus part i ordered online for $310. Get my drift. Fellas are good but I dont have faith with the mechanics.

Service was amazing . They gave us a loaner and my car was ready the same day. The best part was I was not rushed to take the loaner back do To my schedule. Frank was my service advisor this guy really takes his time to know you as a person not a customer. The receptionist is super friendly and down to earth. Love this dealership... Guys keep up the good work.

From the 1st time I stepped into this dealership, I felt welcomed. The staff is great & has always been available to help me adjust to the features of my 2017 NZ 200T sport model. I’ve always felt satisfied, never rushed with my service, most recently the availability of a loaner car for my preventive maintenance service. In an ever changing car buying world, it’s great to know that their is still good customer service out there. That definitely makes a difference in where I purchase or have my car serviced at .

I recently took my car in for it’s very first complimentary service at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Booking a service appointment that worked with my hectic schedule was very easy compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the past. Obtaining a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced was very convenient AND complimentary too!! I was super excited to find out that not only do they service the vehicle while it’s there but they clean it inside and out as well! My car came out looking & feeling as fresh and clean as it did the day I picked it up from the dealership brand new! I wanted to take the time once again to recognize & shout out the employees of this dealership for their hard work and dedication to making their customers happy with the ongoing overall experience that comes with owning a Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Special shout-out to Liz & Latayna at the front desk, Jim the salesman and Ed the general manager ((whom I purchased the car from initially)) that really kept their word making sure I was well taken care of upon entering the dealership from start to finish along with help from their hardworking teammates in the Service Department - Yesi, Brianna, Andre, John, Jeff, Walter, Danny, Alan & Bill who all worked together to make sure that my car is safe to drive & up to par regarding all of its fluids, brakes, tires, ect; along with the team of guys from the detail shop that cleaned my car ((in addition to basically the entire staff)) who all went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve imagined to make me feel at home once again.
