She was also very good and kept me informed how long things would take as well as how linger before I was ready to leave. She offered pick up and drop off service the next time I needed it within 10 miles. Perfect when I am in the office or on appointments nearby. Extremely clean and quiet while I was here.

I scheduled oil service a month ago for 05/14/2022, I did arrive at service center on time for my appointment, unfortunately I was informed that wait time is two hours? I complained and I was informed that I can take my car and leave? very unpleasant experience, definitely not coming there anymore, it looks like they overbooked all appointments, After great buying experience this was such negative experience, the staff should be trained more in dealing with clients.
