Bought wipers for my car. Email communication was prompt and ended up with a better-than-expected price when I picked up (I did negotiate a little over email). Overall a good experience and will use again for future parts needs. Location was not the easiest to find. Customer entrance is near the carwash exit. There are customer parking spots next to the door. Now that I know it will be painless going forward.

Want heated seats? $18 a month. Cruise control? $20 a month. Automatic high beams? $15 a month. Heated steering wheel? $12 a month. BMW should be ashamed for charging monthly fees for features that are already in your car. I will 1-star every dealership for this.

Just buy off fcp euro a bunch of clowns answering the phone saying parts in stock, go there waste time and gas to tell me they dont have it. 2nd time that happen wont be coming here no more
