I first met Lydia Gutierrez when she was working at a Saturn dealership in Westchester. After several years, I saw Lydia working at a Buick dealership. I decided to buy a new Buick Verano. I continue to work with Lydia when I purchased a new Encore at White Plains dealership and I just bought a Buick Envista. I believe that Lydia is my good luck charm because whenever I need help and information regarding my car, Lydia understood my issues and my concerns. The last time I was at the Buick dealership I needed my air conditioner serviced, Lydia was able to resolve my issues. From how long the repair was going to take to providing a loner so that I can get around and not cancel my health appointments. While my Envista was being serviced, Lydia kept me in the loop especially when my car was repaired. A people person, Lydia is an asset to any car company and I am happy to have worked with her for many years.

Was asked to remove from Sales and add to Service even though the businesses are the same. I scheduled an appointment here for an oil change. It was confirmed via email and text message several times. On the morning of the 8 am appointment, I showed up at 7:50 am ish, and the dealership was closed. No worries, figured someone would eventually show. By 8:10-8:15, it was clear no one was showing up. I kept calling every number I could find, and no one answered, and the voicemail was full. I was super lucky in that the Valvoline was right next door, and only a few cars were ahead of me. My missed appointment was three days ago. Up to now, no one has called to, at a very minimum, apologize for the mix-up. Very POOR customer service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one and when I'm in the market again will definitely be a return customer.
