My second time for scheduled service of 2023 GV70. Lynn was my Service Advisor and she informed me that they were also prepared to perform a recall repair. Lynn assured me that both services would be completed within the appointment original window. She had a loaner car for my use ready. I dropped my car off at 8:15AM and all work was done by 11 AM. My car was delivered back to me thoroughly washed and cleaned. Exemplary service and top notch operation.

Lynn did a great job when I came in for my service appointment! She was very friendly, helpful, and professional! She had my loaner car ready to go when I arrived. She then went above and beyond by getting my car detailed after it was serviced. I highly recommend Lynn and the service team there.

I used the valet service at Genesis of Stevens Creek to get my GV70 serviced. They were very efficient and courteous, making sure all the details were correct regarding the services I needed for my car. It was actually the service manager who brought my loaner vehicle and took my vehicle for servicing. He picked up my car mid-morning and by mid-afternoon, returned it, serviced and cleaned! That was much quicker than any previous dealer I have gone to in the past with my other vehicles, so I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the quick turn around. He summarized the services that were provided and answered all of my questions in a concise manner using layman's terms that I understood. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their vehicle serviced and appreciates being treated in a professional manner.

Alma was great. She listened to my needs and issues with my 2024 GV70. I was informed of a recall and they were able to fix those issues the same day. The issue with the sunroof seal had to be fixed when the part came in. The car came back clean. The rest of the service team seemed very nice and were dog friendly. Luna loved all the attention. Despite this Genesis dealer/service being a 2-3 hour drive (none are close to us), will definitely be back for any service need.

I bought my car in Dublin, but there service department was not very satisfying. I find the service at Steven's Creek Hyundai/Genesis has been much better. My service advisor Lynn has been very courteous and helpful.
