Took my mother in law to have her car serviced and repaired. Waited 2 hours for them to tell her that they needed to order parts. The only thing I can say is that they are expensive. Since it wasn't my car, I really can't say much more.

Gateway Ford of Greeneville has THE BEST Ford service department I have dealt with by a long shot(even better than two Ford dealers I used to work for)! Over the past year, I had almost constant issues with my Ford F-150 hybrid while traveling around the southeast U.S. due to an "unstable hybrid battery." I took the truck to at least 7 or 8 different Ford dealers in multiple states in an attempt to get the problem resolved, but ONLY Gateway was willing and able to finally get the battery replaced under warranty because their technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and were able to correctly diagnose what was going on and get it approved by Ford. It was also done faster than expected, given my past experiences with other dealers. A HUGE thank you to Riley and Stacey in service, the technicians, and all involved at Gateway Ford! I'm very glad I decided to make Greeneville my new home.

Had a flat tire, limped there, had one of my special tires in stock, changed my tire and was on my way vroom vroom. Riley is the nicest, courteous person I've met and as accommodating as possible and prompt.

Came in last year to get a key issue fixed for my F150, little did I know I didn’t get a second key but was charged for one! I came back to get it resolved and was told it would cost only $65. After waiting a while, they came back and said it would be $166 instead of the initial price that was quoted to me. I didn’t know I needed a second key to operate controls. They have their money but I still don’t have a second key.
