The environment of a dealership service center often includes a dedicated service reception area where customers can check in their vehicles and consult with service advisors. While specific details about the physical environment of Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Center are not provided in the given information, it is generally expected to have service bays equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to work on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles. Based on the limited information available, particularly the customer reviews, it's important for local users to be aware of some potential aspects of their service experience. One customer reported issues with communication regarding the scope of work and the status of their vehicle. This review mentioned a delay in obtaining parts under warranty and a perceived lack of clarity in the service process. The customer also expressed frustration with receiving communications about additional work despite explicitly declining it.

Another review described a more significant issue involving a recall service that allegedly resulted in damage to the vehicle. This customer reported difficulties in communication and a lack of immediate managerial assistance when trying to resolve the problem. The experience led to a strong recommendation against using this service center for any automotive needs.

These reviews highlight potential challenges related to communication, transparency regarding the work being performed, the handling of warranty repairs, and the overall customer service experience at Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Center. It's crucial for potential customers to consider these experiences when making decisions about where to take their vehicles for service.

Features of a dealership service center like Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Center often include the use of genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for repairs. This can be a significant advantage as OEM parts are designed and manufactured to the exact specifications of the vehicle, ensuring proper fit and performance. Additionally, dealership service centers typically have access to the latest diagnostic tools and technical information specific to the vehicles they service.

However, the reviews provided raise concerns about the execution of these features in practice at this particular service center. The report of delays in obtaining warranty parts and the alleged damage to a vehicle during a recall service suggest potential shortcomings in their operational efficiency and quality control.

Friendship Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Johnson City Service Center Customer Reviews

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an extended warranty issue (passenger seatbelt). I was very clear I was there ONLY for the seatbelt issue and wanted no other work done. The service department kept my vehicle for 6 hours only to tell me all they had to order parts from another dealership and that in order to file and fix it under the extended warranty it has to be pulled into the shop and issue verified by a technician. No mention of this prior to bringing in the vehicle. Prior to picking it up, I was receiving messages about other suggested work that needed done even though I told Anthony I didn't want anything else done just the seatbelt. So when I call to ask if the vehicle was ready the girl has no idea and just says its being worked on. When I arrived the service dept reps were smirking and laughing and Anthony telling me they did nothing to the car just verified the seatbelt issue and that the main distribution center is on backorder for the part and no eta!!! This is a seatbelt!! My jeep was no where in site and it took them 10 min almost to pull up front. I am now waiting for the seatbelt part to arrive which I was told Thursday (4/4/24) it would be there in 3-5 days. We shall see what happens when I return. This place has very poor communication and lack of respect for peoples time. I notice that in some of the negative reviews that has a response just says to call the GM ( thats their generic answer to every bad review) or they will work with the service team to get this addressed. Well it does not look like they are really trying to turn things around because the same situations keep happening over and over again if you look at the reviews!

One star is too high. I bring my truck in for a recall, they break my truck. It's good they give me a ride home, 4hrs total time. Supposedly fix it the next day, I call to check. They have none to send to pick me up, I am at home for hours waiting. Call to complain no managers on duty no one is in charge. This was my last trip for any reason here. I would advise you to go anywhere but this place for service or to buy anything.

Friendship dealership won't honor multiple oil changes and warranty purchased through previous ownership. Wife called them this morning and they denied having to honor oil changes purchased from previous ownership. Ended up having to go to Walmart for an oil change. 4/12/24

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single time I have come here for an answer to a warranty question or a recall repair I always get the run around. NO ONE can give me an answer. I was told the service manager would have to review my request and that he was not there at the moment. That the manager would give me a call later. I literally watched the service representative run to the managers office and discuss/laugh about the matter. They make the buying experience great but once you have purchased and are trying to get your vehicle serviced or repaired they could careless. Would not recommend. Please look else where for your buying/servicing needs.

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 We traded in my 4runner for a Jeep. The Jeep has been in the shop with them TWICE within the month of owning. (I live about 1.5 hours away...with 2 children!). It had been there a total of almost 2 weeks. They replaced the radiator, back gate lock, and door seals (Jeep was leaking during rains or car washes!). they also repainted the fenders. Not to mention it needs ball joints and a caliper is hanging!! BUT THE BIG THING- They still haven't paid off my 4runner! today is day 30!! me and my husband have had to call numerous times (because we always get the runaround) and we have had to be mean and ugly with them to get things done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! We should not have to talk to people mean just to get them to do their job. I am sick of dealing with them and basically having to tell them how to do their job. They will never get our business again. NEVER.
