First of all I never leave a five-star review, so this is unusual. I was traveling across country when my truck broke down in Johnson City, Tennessee. On Monday morning I brought it into Champion Chevrolet and, even though they were backed up, and my truck is a diesel which is more difficult to repair, they were able to get me in, get it fixed, and get me out in no time at all. And, it was a pretty extensive repair. There were several waiting rooms, free coffee, and the place was nice and clean . My service advisor Neil Chapman was very helpful, I would heartily recommend Champion Chevrolet for service.

everyone was nice,got in and out of there in a less than an hour.The cashier I had this time was great, she actually took the time to look at my rewards and let me know I had $123 available, so I actually paid nothing out of pocket, which was very nice. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was they totally moved my seat...and then didn't put it back the way they found it.

I took my truck in for the first oil change and it went great ! They also installed a license plate holder on the front of my truck for me that was much appreciated since I can not do that myself. The staff was professional and very nice ! I will be letting them do all my service work .!
