Have made 5 trips back to the dealership now and not getting any answers from anyone including the general manager...never called me back. She acted like I was her only customer of the day and spent time with me explaining the situation with my car, had extreme patient with my dozens of questions, had sympathy with how much it was to cost and was completely professional and truthful. Had a great experience with JC Nissan Service with above and beyond service from Josh Booker who listened well, explained services, and provided honest recommendations. I will be back to service my vehicle here. Unfortunately the same could not be said of the JC Sales Department who underhandedly turned a simple inquiry regarding my vehicle’s value into a credit application without my consent until I realized what he was doing. The sales rep did not listen and worst of all gave a highly dishonest appraisal.
