The experience was great. Chase Phillips made the trading process as smooth as it could possibly go. For a new model that had just hit the floor he had a lot of knowledge about the features that the vehicle offered. Matt Cornett made the Financing and paperwork a breeze. We were in and out in no time. Thank you both!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased 9 cars over the years and never at an experience as bad as it was when I took my Lincoln there for service Understand a transmission is a lot of work however my parts were there within 3 days. My car was still there 3 weeks later and the totally unacceptable treatment whe I would call once a week to check to see they were working on my car. After about a week my calls sent to voicemail each time I called and no call back. After 3 weeks I went to the dealership one day after work and didn’t make it before the service department left for the day except for one person and her son. She promised me she would get in touch with someone who would call me the next day. I don’t know who she was but God bless her for going the extra mile to help me. And the next day I was called by a manager and he gave me a time my car would be ready. This service department inexcusable treatment of a customer. I wasn’t aware they were no longer a Lincoln dealership therefore they didn’t honor the Lincoln warranty and they kept putting me off and working on Ford vehicles. If they aren’t Lincoln dealer they need to remove it from their name. I was thinking I wasn’t going to get a survey since they knew I was treated fairly. Although it took them 2 months to send me the link I am glad I can express my experience and hope no one else has to go through this.
