If I could rate this service department zero stars, I would. On multiple occasions when I've had a service booked, I'll show up and be told I'll have to leave my car because they can't get to it. The excuse is always "it is Saturday and we are short staffed." Well, why even be open then if you can't staff the day appropriately? Also, something as simple as an oil change takes on average 3 hours to have it performed. Avoid this place like the plague. The service is so bad I will never purchase another vehicle from them again.

Made appointment, dropped car off, everything fine, until I had to call today to find out what's up? My service persons phone went to voice mail saying be back on the 23rd, today is the 15th. So now what?

Worst service I have ever had. Went in to get a fuel pump changed. My wife drove off and there was no coolant in the car went she left. When we called them nobody answered. The voice mail was too full and couldn't take anymore. Couldn't leave a message. Finally got ahold of someone and the Saud it was my fault, and took no responsibility. Tried to blame a small leak on my water pump for a gallon of coolant missing after my wife drove 3 miles. By the way after I filled it up haven't had any problems with it at all.
