But, Jose helped me find what I needed and did the install for me! He also helped me find the window blades and replaced those too for me. All this for under $45! God is good! Came in to charge my battery charged late night after work and had Jackie and Omar B. helping me. I ended up needing to get a new battery after running a test and they helped me get that handled and installed with friendly customer service! Will return, thank you!

I ordered a part online, and their website said one was in stock. So I waited and waited for the come pick it up email. Got antsy and headed over there. Now they are open 24hrs, and as I pulled in the parking lot it was packed. So I shopped a bit then got in line I was third and all counters were busy helping customers. So finally my turn and this little lady sorry I didn't get her name. Was working the counter. I said I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to see if my part was available. A little lie but I believe harmless. I'm gonna cut this short. Basically this lady had an awesome attitude especially with the amount of business that was going on. Helped me above alot of other places I've been. Smiling and talking to me like I was a person not a sale. Anyway she found my part. Had a laugh at my confusion and hatred for technology. It hates me too so it's all good. So thank you little lady you made my trip enjoyable.

Great people great service the best help I’ve gotten in the past years if theirs any issues they don’t ignore you or if you escalate it up the chain a higher manger is very precise and fast with getting back to you and helping you in your needs from my experience Stephan the District Manager is great at what he does i been a customer for over 18 years and he has made the difference everytime i want to thank Stephan for what he does day in and day out he is the difference in Autozone.
