To the Service Advisor, who was very proactive in communicating with me Also very inexpensive I have a Mercedes G550, 2 Range Rover‘s, and one large Ford Bronco. Can’t believe how expensive it is to maintain The 2022 Ford Bronco.

This was the first service of my truck, since purchasing it in February. What I observed was interesting. The young man that greeted me was very personal and I appreciate that. My service rep was professional, but yet not personal, as if not to overdue any type of hospitality. The technician that returned my vehicle to wasn't the bit interested in being friendly, professional, or even in offering any reason for my returning business, not to mention making any eye contact. So on a scale from 1-10 on my experience I would give it a 5! That greeter was the strongest a 9, followed by the service rep a 6, and the technician returning my truck a solid 1! I'm not looking for over board bells and whistles for customers, but enough professionalism to want my return business!

Very convenient and great service! I really like the mobile services they have now. They just come out to your house and do whatever it is you are needing I had a recall and they did it at my house. It was easy and convenient for me! And the mechanic that came out very nice and answered all my questions. Over all 5 stars thank you!

The service department did exactly what I had asked and now I know why they you call yourself friendly ford, cuz everyone is so friendly. Makes me proud to now own a ford. Luis was great! Super friendly, took my car in the afternoon, said it would be a couple days. And they would let me know an hour and a half later they messaged me with diagnosis and had it fixed and ready for pickup the next morning. Provided ride home and back to dealership. Stated leak was fixed and was still under warranty. Great service!
