My service advisor, Moe Firoz, was excellent in helping me navigate my car issues. I was experiencing problems with my fuel injector and the car not picking up speed during acceleration. Moe ensured all the issues were resolved without charging me extra, even though it required two visits. He was incredibly kind and reassured me throughout the process, which made me feel at ease, especially since I don’t know much about cars. Moe is a fantastic service advisor, and I’ll definitely go to him for any future needs! Thank you Moe!!

I have been working with my service advisor Moe Firoz for several years for my C350, and his service has consistently been excellent. Took my car in for a routine 120k mile service, and he promptly resolved all my questions and concerns right away and kept me updated on the service status until all repairs are completed. As always, highly recommend!

I purchased a GLC 300 4 matic from Fletcher Jones Mercedes. I requested and was informed that I had new tires wheel alignment that everything was perfect. Fast forward two months the temp gage is 3 spots from over heating. I set service appointment and all of a sudden the gage is WNL and need a brand new set of tires and a wheel alignment. How is that possible if I had new tires wheel alignment and I see the temperature gage going up?? I’m so confused why I need to pay nearly $2000 if it was in perfect condition? Highly disappointed.

this review is for Natasha, my new service advisor! I have taken my car in twice for services and both times Natasha really made me feel comfortable and at ease. there’s not a lot of female service advisors (actually never seen one) and i felt that the trust was established much more easily. Natasha was patient and provided clear and concise explanations to my questions - whether it’s related to services or not - she genuinely was willing to help and find out answers for me. oh and she definitely would look out for you and let you know all the benefits that comes with for example getting tires changed there etc. i couldn’t have asked for a better service advisor and i hope that she does not leave!!!

It's rare for me to have little to suggest for improvements at a dealership, but this time, Fletcher Jones and their team delivered an exceptional experience. Both Natasha and Justin deserve a perfect 100 if we're scoring their service. From the start, the greeting process was pleasant, and they took great care of my car by using paper mats and plastic seat covers, something not all Mercedes dealerships do. It’s a small touch, but it’s appreciated. Service updates were clear, making it easy to differentiate between urgent repairs and those that could wait. Most importantly, the repair work was completed efficiently and thoroughly tested. I’ve encountered dealerships that don’t fully verify whether a repair actually resolves the issue, but that wasn’t the case here. Keep up the outstanding work!

Great facilities and modern dealership, BUT their PARTS department PRICES are highway ROBBERY. Eg. part number 2048200121 which is a small marker lamp for bumper for c300 they quoted me $54 , while online at other dealership it clearly shows the MSRP is $38 and were selling for $22. i ALSO HAD TO PURCHASE SOME TINY PLASTIC SCREWS FOR MY FENDER LINER AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $7.50 FOR EACH PIN. They are $1.40 online. I understand this is a luxuxy car dealership and inflated prices are expected but you guys have now gone beyond the ridiculous Fremont .

Thanks to the Mercedes-Benz Service team for handling the 31k mile 2005 Mercedes-Benz E320 recalls. The service team did a great job completing the recall service. Communication and service were outstanding. They were much appreciated for complimentary inspection on top of recall service.
