Shoaib was professional, honest, and quick. Got me in and out of the service dept within minutes and wasted no time. My x5 got the service needed and drove better afterwards. Will be bringing it back. Thank you bmw of fremont

Nice staff. Always seems ready to help the customers. Key is listening to the customer and guiding them which they do well. They follow up after the service to ask about how the customer felt about the service and to collect the feedback. One thing observed though they normally do not have loaner cars which is a little weird seeing the brand value.

Had an incident inside the service center and they took the full ownership to get my car fixed. I wanted to give a credit to Anthony who provided timely updates on the repair status. Super responsive and friendly!

After a frustrating conversation with a service representative who was unwilling to schedule an appointment, I decided to escalate the issue and called Service Manager. Not only did the Manager listen patiently to my concerns, but he also helped me schedule the appointment and corrected some personal information in their system. On the day of the appointment, I had a very positive experience with the Service Advisor. In addition to the scheduled service, at my request, she addressed an interior trim issue that was likely due to a manufacturing defect. Overall, I found the service to be a satisfactory experience.

Took my BMW for a recall, the service team was great and helpful, they also checked my car and provided a list of recommended repairs. I appreciate the respectful approach of the staff and will recommend to everyone who is looking for repair or service. Thank you BMW of Fremont.

Had a great experience at BMW of Fremont! Nick helped me with my 5 Series and did an outstanding job—super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done. It’s rare to find service that’s both efficient and personal, but Nick nailed it. Highly recommend asking for him if you're bringing your BMW in!

The experience at Fremont service was excellent. They know the product and their agents are friendly. There were issues with the collision they contracted with but not them. The BMW national was not as good unfortunately. This was a recall case and their recall team was dishonest I feel. Also the car was held for close to 3 months and not once was I offered a rental which is a bit strange given BMWs reputation. Bottom line, Fremont BMW maybe restored my hope in the product but BMW USA not so sure.
