Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with Fremont Chevrolet Service Center I brought my car in for repairs back in May, and the service agent assured me it would be ready within 1-2 months, depending on parts arrival and bodywork. Well, it’s now been over 4 months, and I still don’t have my car back. For the first 3 months, there was no update. When they finally contacted me in August, it was to request payment, which I submitted within two days. After that, I reached out again for an update only to be told to contact the body shop myself! When I did, the body shop informed me that they had only received my car in August and were still waiting on parts. So what was Fremont Chevrolet doing with my car for 3 months between May and August?! No explanation, no accountability. To make matters worse, I couldn’t drive the car all summer, which also meant losing out on significant rental income from my car-sharing business on Turo. I’ve been texting and emailing them, and I’m getting no response. This whole experience has been a nightmare. If you’re considering taking your car here, don’t. There’s a chance you’ll never see it again.... i am still waiting for 4+ months (Car image attached)

Worst Service department. 1-they dn't know,what is the meaning of time or appointment. 2- they dn`t pick up calls . 3 - they dn't inform you , your car is ready for pick up . 4- they dn't wash or clean your car when you go for service. 5-they dn't inform you , if they dn't change any filter or miss something while service . Be careful. Thanks

Worst Service department. I purchased a C7 corvette and within 3 days it had an issue. Final the service advice, Dulce, calls to inform me that they don’t have an ETA of part and will call back in 2 weeks with an ETA. After 2 weeks. No call. She doesn’t update anyone on the status. We called and no reply. We emailed on the hyperlink no reply. I had no choice to reach out to my finance advisor (who helped with my purchase) to see if he could provide me with some information. At this point they have had the car for 3 weeks. Finally, I get a fast reply from finance advisor and he states they needed to order another part for the car. At this point, service department has failed to due their job for multiple weeks. No updates, ordering new parts without the customer knowing, causing more damages. On June 3rd, I finally got a call from the Finance advisor that my car is ready. Not from Fremont Chevrolet Service. After shifting my schedule around. I was able to drive up. After I spend my whole after noon at there Service department. I started to drive off in my C7. Unfortunately, it was short lived. The check engine light flew on. I have had this car back for less than 10mins. The Fremont Chevrolet Service department has failed me. Don’t buy a car here, don’t come to the service department. They will screw you over more than anyone.

Service was fine. However the staff I was helped by when paying for my services Gina was very unprofessional and rude. After my advisor took me to pay she seemed more angry and annoyed than anything. My husband and I needed help with finding the information about my vehicle. She was rude and and didn’t help at all . She just answer “it’s there” looked at us with an angry face. No manners with a simple thank you,etc. she forgot to give me my card and when we told her she just looked annoyed and gave us the card. Horrible feeling of no being help and frustration when they make costumers feel unwelcomed..

They made us pay for a part after regular servicing, but this part wasn’t at the store so they said they would order it. They never ordered it and we had to chase them for weeks to order it and replace it. Then when it finally arrived they replaced did, they tried to charge us for the part again. When we said we’ve already paid $500 for the part, they changed the part fees to labour fees and still charged us an additional $500. Do not bring your Chevy cars here for servicing, or anything really. Extremely disappointed because we had better experience at the Pleasanton Chevy.

Horrible service dept. Ram should not be working there. Manager said he was going to take care of me and went MIA. Went there 2 months ago for a rear window replacement. Ram failed to communicate and keep me updated. Wouldn’t answer phone calls. Literally stood outside shop and called watched Ram look at phone and ignore it. I walked in and he stared at me like deer in headlights. Still till this day..no phone call. I even got corporate involved and they even had a hard time getting answers. After 2 months of waiting went to another dealership locally. They had window in stock and installed same day and $700 less than what Ram quoted me. Save your time and go to Steven Creek Chevrolet!

It was easy to get assistance and work done. Pretty quick and easy service. Although pickup and drop is time consuming and should be improved.
