Nearest place to service my Honda in Fremont. You can have a cup of coffee or tea, watch TV news and have good time waiting for about one-two hours or so. Not worth to get a shuttle back home but there is such an option available I rarely used. Their service is great as well as good is the service team. Recently I got an oil change and general check-up for free, because of some small delay at their service. Great place to get work done. Thank you!

The gentleman who assisted me with my appointment to have my recalled fuel pump replaced was very helpful once I explained that I had a 7AM appointment which needed to be honored. I also spoke with the general manager regarding my concerns because I'd had several previous repair appointments delayed while walk in customers were allowed to jump in front of my in the queue. He was very understanding and I was quite pleased to have my car returned to me in just over 2 hours even though I had been prepared to wait 3-4 hours. It definitely, restored some confidence in me as to expectations when I need to do business with Honda in Fremont, CA. For that I am grateful.

We went for the recall on Honda fuel pump. The car was functioning fine before the visit. One day after replacing the fuel pump, the car stopped starting. I booked another appointment, spend the whole day and they said they pinched the O ring while replacing fuel pump and they have fixed now. I was frustrated but I understand mistakes happen. But a day after second visit, the same issue happened again. Again car stopped starting, I had to book another appointment. To my frustration, they said they pinched the O Ring again during installation. I expect better workmanship from Honda and they wasted my whole Christmas week.

Second time coming for service, did a good job again. There was some appointment confusion on a recall, but my advisor Francine did her best to get me into the schedule, and DID! It wasn’t guaranteed but glad it happened. Finished the job on time as well. Fremont Honda: Please know that the manners, pleasant attitude, and effort all make a difference for me who is building trust to take my vehicles to you, even if priced more above independent shops. Please continue kaizen. Pass it on to the techs too. We collectively feel the care & quality.

I’ve really noticed and appreciated the recent changes at this dealership. I believe AJ is the new General Manager, and it definitely shows—everything feels more welcoming and well-organized. I recently picked up my car after servicing and asked for a car wash; the team took care of it right away while I waited. It was a nice touch to have fresh coffee available in the service drive, which made the wait even more comfortable. The showroom was spotless, with a great selection of cars on display. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here now. Highly recommend!

Recently I took my 2018 Honda crv for a recall. The service rep assigned to me was Gorden, he has great customer service skills, he took care of my car. The fix took almost 4hrs. Although I got there before opening time all the loaner cars were taken. AutoNation Honda Fremont Service should keep ample loaner cars if they know that repairs take more than 3hrs.

I was going there for routine maintenance of my 2023 Honda Odessy,(BTW, they never told you when should be your next appointment or put a sticker on windshield to remind you, I guess they may tell you once the 3-year warranty expires as this is how they treat customers pay with or without out of pocket? Apparently worse than the other dealership I have been to), I arrived on time at 1pm, and went to one check in desk(there are more than 5 desks, and they seem busy without serving any customer), then was directly to another person and asked me to wait by the side of my car outside. About 15 minutes later, no one showed up, then I rechecked with front desk (he is still busy without any customer), I was directed to the other person while he was working with a customer ( don’t know how they handled the appointments to different staffs). Again waiting for about 10 minutes, and he got my key and asked me to wait again! I thought they would take care of my car now, so I went to lobby to have my lunch, and I can see the staffs are making jokes as there is no customers. Then another 10 minutes later, my car was still not moved by any one, I went to desk and was told if I need some service which cost about $400, which I have clearly told them no while I was scheduling the appointment. By then, it was 1:35pm, I thought I probably would come to work around 2:35pm as I was too the service would take 1hour as my previous experience. Then the staff told me to wait for 2 hours, which was totally running out of my patience. Due to my other schedules in the afternoon, I eventually cancelled the appointment and drove back to work without any delays. And I promised I will never come to this dealership even it’s free. Alright totally waste about 2 hours including the driving time +waiting time + review, hopefully, it helps other owners to saved time by avoiding dealing with this Fremont AutoNation Honda service department.
