The tech who checked me in for my service was Anthony and he was fantastic. He quickly checked me in, explained the service and gave me an accurate timeline for the service duration. The tech who completed the service was Ricardo. My vehicle was quickly and accurately serviced; I was notified and able to pick my vehicle up promptly. When I picked up my car, Anthony explained what had been done, and the final price matched my quote. Based on my experience with Anthony and his team, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone looking for high quality and fast service.

Store manager Jason and crew did a great job replacing my 4 tires. I came in during the last 2 hours of the day and he didn't turn me away. I have a nice smooth ride now. Strongly recommend Firestone on Haceinda in Vista. Ca.

Mark the Store manager offered us amazing customer service. Me and my husband had a terrible first impression with the Firestone off of El Camino reel Carlsbad location. He got his best technician guy to solve our problem and updated us with every step and issue and got us in contact with the district manager Christer in a timely manner. We’re entirely grateful with the help that was given to me and my husband. Everything was reasonable priced compared to the other Firestone trying to rip us off and couldn’t even fix our truck. We couldn’t get our truck fixed in 4 days because of the horrible job done at the other Firestone. Mark made sure our vehicle became top priority and got it done in a day. This completely changed our experience with Firestone where we are considering coming back as a customer. I really wished I looked at the reviews before hand but now I trust my vehicle in good hands with Mark. Thanks again we deeply appreciate it!

Staff was OK. manager needs to be a bit more friendly and smiley. Very very Dry. 2. Had appointment even then it took 90 mins and more. took all of my day. why need appt if I had to wait this long.3. Phone goes off the hook. No one to answer any questions.4. Staff shortage it seems .5. I WILL STOP COMING TO FIRESTONE. I WILL NOT BUY TIRES AS WELL. 6. Overall Services are terrible. 7. STAFF OVERWORKED. NO ONE TO ASK QUESTIONS.8. After 40 years I will close my account.

I had a fantastic experience at Firestone Vista! From the moment I walked in, the facility was spotless and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the level of care they provide. The entire team was professional, but I especially want to highlight Jason for his exceptional service. He was incredibly informative, taking the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His communication was clear and honest, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated how he kept me updated and made sure I understood all of my options. Great service, excellent communication, and a very clean and welcoming environment—highly recommended!

I paid for an abs diagnosis and they could not fix it but charged me. The guy at the counter said if they can’t. Fix it I would get a refund. It was understood if they said the repair was not is my price range to repair I would not get the money back which I agreed on. But they could not fix it so I should get it back per our conversation Jason the manager called me the next day after I wrote the review. He is a great guy and just to let you know. Even though this review is bad. I still recommend them and will be going back and using the them again. One bad day compared to all the great interactions I have had with them will not stop me from going or recommending them

I had a rough morning between hospital and then ran over a huge bolt that stuck in my tire. I’ve never been to this Firestone location but will make it my main spot going forward. Jason helped me and told me up front he didn’t know if they could fix it due to how big it was but they would take a look. 35 min later ( under the hour they had quoted) my car was back outside and at the door waiting for me. Jason explained they were able to fix it, didn’t try to sell me anything, warned me about the fact it had been plugged twice now and couldn’t be repaired again if another screw went into it. His honesty was refreshing and he has one a customer . I don’t like all Firestone locations but this one and Jason deserve 5 stars!

I have heard horror stories about women getting taken advantage of at car service companies and always feared my lack of knowledge on cars would put me in a position where companies take advantage of my ignorance. I have been going to the 2030 Hacienda Dr Vista, CA location for over 2 years for all of my oil changes and they have continued to provided excellent services. They always seek to give me the best deal on my oil change while protecting my car. The young male employee, I believe his name is anthony, is always very kind, efficient, and helpful. I have had poor experiences at other Firestone locations but the hacienda location never fails me. I appreciate their hard work and integrity.
