Just put new Cooper tires on my jeep. 3rd set of the same great tire. Always last longer than rated. I saved 50% over Discount Tire for their version. Same tire. At DT it's called Discover. At Pep Boys it's called Adventure, but they're the same Cooper tire other than name. All specs, and tread patterns match exactly. Mark is fantastic, and I just can't say enough about the service. Of course price is important, but poor service doesn't always make the low price worth it. Mark gave me both. Great service, and a price that actually shocked me because I fully expected to pay much more.👍🏻

I had an oil change and they did a superior job and the manager Mark was superior as well. I’d give Mark on a schedule of 1-10 I’d give him a 20 I usually don’t get involved with reviews but Mark ( the guy that took my order) was exceptional! Sally B

I love this pepboys! Tammy and I forgot the other man at the front but they have both helped me and are wonderful! I have definitely been up charged at other auto service locations but they’re upfront with me and try to get me a good deal! They’re awesome and my go to!

End of Nov, took my car in for a check engine light, we had been informed it was the MAF sensor. Mark Smith quoted $460 but never asked if we wanted a diagnostic. Four hours later, they finished and added insurance for the labor and parts. Total ended up being $490. By mid-January, the check engine light was back on. Took it in today after being told it was the same issue again. Explained what we were experiencing. Despite the warranty, Malik H insisted we pay for another diagnostic and hinted the warranty might not cover it. He blamed a dirty throttle body, which they "cleaned" for free but still charged for the diagnostic. When I questioned the unnecessary initial diagnostic, he talked over me and deflected blame. If they didn't bother to properly check the issue the first time, it's absurd to have us pay this time around. They added notes to the paperwork stating that we were adamant of the issue, when it was not the case. Save your time and money--go elsewhere.

Pep Boys were by far the most reasonable place to mount my fresh Hoosier R7 race tires on my new wheels for my MGB vintage EP race car. What I didn't expect was the great service and care they took with my job. Thanks for being a quality shop!
