When in for a synthetic oil & filter change, tire rotation and road trip inspection. Worked completed in less than one hour. Before arriving I had marked one tire to verify that the rotation was completed. It was not. They reiterated that they were. The inspection consisted of a documented 54 item list. All which were deemed OK. It is highly unlikely that the extent of the inspection, oil change, tire rotation can be accomplished in the time there. The fluid levels were to be checked yet after arriving home I found two reservoirs were found to be low. Additionally, today I see that my credit card has been billed twice. Since the oil on the dipstick is clean I will give them credit for changing the oil (hopefully it is synthetic) but I have no idea if the filter was changed as it is a paper element and in accessible. I have zero confidence that this shop performs to a level that deserves TRUST. After a few days I received a call from both the store manager and district manager. Trying to make things right the DM stated he would provide me with free / discount offers but nothing has been received to date. More disappointment.

I took my car in for tire and balance services. The price was reasonable, but I should have considered going to Discount Tire instead. Even though they had said they had taken the car for test drives, all my wheel weights were rubbing. It was so bad that I had to get under the car and scrape off 14 weights—seven from the driver’s front and seven from the passenger’s side. I took the car back for repairs, but I still have the same problem. Instead of giving me a refund, they insisted that I take more time out of my day to come back for another fix. This place is terrible, but I guess you get what you pay for. I’m definitely never going back and telling everyone to avoid it at all costs. They didn’t even have a spline tool to remove my wheels. What kind of a tire shop doesn’t have these tools? Luckily, I carry a toolbag in my car. I really didn’t want them going through it, but reluctantly had to so as to provide one, or I would have been SOL since apparently it was a “special” spline tool (it was from a set of lugs from literally AutoZone). This place is a joke.

Best shop in town!!! It is so rare to find a mechanic who actually cares about providing quality service. These guys are awesome! Great prices and they are actually honest and looking out for the customer. Will definitely be coming back!

Hi, I've been going to" Evans Tire on Hacienda Dr. "for several years now. I went there yesterday for an Oil Change. On My way there, My thermostat needle, which never moves, started creeping up to "Hot" and I was like "Oh S__t". It couldn't have happened at a better time. I had no worries, cause I was already on My way to "Evans Tire on Hacienda Dr". From My very first visit several years ago, I experienced a Business whose Team was very Professional, Honest, and Courteous. I left that day, with them completing the work on time, when they said they would. The safety of My car is very important to Me, cause I rely on My car to get Me to and from work and travel with My "Priceless Cargo". My Family and pets. Since that first visit, and the "Red Carpet" service they provided, I strongly recommend You see and experience for Yourself what I have from the Team at "Evans Tire" on Hacienda Dr. in Vista, Ca. You will be glad You did! 😊

The group at Evans Tire are absolutely wonderful and a joy to deal with. I went in there looking to upgrade my tires and the group knew what the limitations of what I could use off the top of their head. Jesus went above and beyond to price match to the local competitors without asking. The shop was pretty busy in the morning and a line could be expected, but the guys work quick so it doesn't feel like a wait at all.
