They have the best prices, I shopped around and the total price and road hazard warranty is better than others. They have free coffee and the waiting area is spacious. They have excellent customer service. The wait time in these larger places is as expected, around 1.5 hours. BTW. You can spend the time shopping in the across the street plaza. lol. Had the best experience replacing my tires yesterday. I worked with multiple employees who all had outstanding customer service skills. Special shoutout to Nora- I originally ordered the wrong size and she was quick to act and find a great solution so I could still get in and out. I would highly recommend!!

I have been using Discount Tires for years however, there were a few issues with my last visit and at first I was a bit upset at these issues but 'Joe' , the manager, quickly mitigated the situated and made sure that I was well taken care of. This is really the definition of great service. I recommend this location for anyone looking to get a great deal on tires and to be treated with respect. Thank you!

So I have a perfect driving record and I'm 64 years old. I washed my car today because I take very good care of my white car, and I dried off the car myself and I can prove it and I drove straight to this location because my low pressure tire warning came on. I came in and got the air the young man was nice and he was all over around my car and realized that the back tire on the passenger side had two Nails in it. He never told me or asked me if I noticed the scratch on my white front passenger side by the headlight near the bottom. He told me to go inside and get registered so they can take care of the tire. These are Michelin tires that I purchased 80,000 Mi tires and I've had to have every Tire patched and this was the third time that I've had to have a patch and I have the warranty. So when I got in my car I didn't go to the passenger side because I didn't think of anything but these guys roll tires and other tools right on the ground by the side of your car when you're ready to get your tire fixed. I again was not told I had any kind of damage to my car and they never did a walk around with me in my car to point out any defects or scratches or dings like they're supposed to do. Make sure that you do that before you let them take your car in because when I drove off and I was just two blocks away I pulled into a parking lot to make sure to look around make sure my tires were looking good and I noticed that scratch so I went back because it's a deep scratch with the black coming through on a white car. The man that said he was the manager which I've never seen him before as the manager said that they're not taking responsibility for it and said they would investigate it how you going to investigate it? The service I got here was the worst service ever I do not recommend you bringing your car to this location but if you must make sure you do a walk around your car before it goes into their garage if I could give zero Stars I would and I had to file a complaint with the corporate office for the attitude and what happened to my car while it was here because I drove straight to this location on the same street as I washed my car and nobody hit me nothing bounced off the ground, there was nothing hit and when I put my car up there and I parked my car it was scratch free

This shop is great. Polite friendly and efficient. They give fair prices and after they fixed two of my tires that had nails in them, free of charge, I couldn’t help but buy my new tires from them and I’m very happy I did. If you need tires, go here

First, I seldom give negative reviews. But, for this Discount Tire store on Plaza Dr. in Oceanside, this poor review is warranted given my recent experiences, April 2025. I've purchased tires for five cars over 15 years from this location. I've always trusted that they would treat my daughters and wife fairly and kindly, and they always do. Customer service is excellent. Prices are very fair. However, the installers have gone downhill. It has gotten to the point where, lately, scratched wheels, broken center caps, wrong valve stems installed, is happening almost every time. (One time the wheel damage was so bad they offered me a new set of wheels for my Camry.) Just this last week, I got two tires for wife's Corolla. Wrong valve stem was installed, and the dates on both tires are over one year old. Technically, one year old is the max age acceptable, if the tire was stored correctly; but it's not a new tire in my opinion. The poor installation issues need to be corrected, and quality control needs to be majorly over-hauled.

It's always a pleasure doing business with the people at discount tire. My tire blew out, and I was able to go to them and have it replaced. They won't touch my BMW as it has aftermarket wheel studs, and although they won't touch the wheels if it's on the car, they still have great prices for wheels and tires. I even went to discount tire almost 3 years ago instead of a famous online car seller for "wheels, tires and suspension" since the XXR 575 were cheaper with them than buying them online. Update: I came by today to get all 4 tires for my daily driver, I was helped by Justin and Joe, and on top of their quality work, they got me in quickly, set up and out the door within an hour. Great work from them and all of the employees at discount tire!!!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received these guys will go above and beyond, if you have an issue. I brought my car in JOE and VICTOR helped me out they really took the time to help me with my tire issues and my payment issue I had paying online. I can’t thank them enough for actually taking the time and having the patience. Highly recommend this establishment because of JOE and VICTOR
