Discount Tire

Took my car in on Thursday when they opened to have a new set of tires installed. Staff were very friendly, service was prompt, and my car was finished in about 30 minutes! However, upon leaving the store, I noticed a new vibration while driving, so I used my car’s digital tire pressure sensor and found the staff had left my front tire grossly overinflated. Upon pulling off the road to inspect and deflate my tire, I also found a big hole had been created in my plastic wheel well which exposed part of my engine bay. I went back to the store hoping to speak with a manager, but s/he never came out to speak with me. The serviceman who initially helped me that morning took pictures of the damage and stated a claim would be started to address the issue. I have yet to receive any updates, emails, or information regarding this claim despite being told I’d receive an email the following day. I’ve taken my vehicles to this location in the past and have always been very pleased with their friendliness and work, so I’m hoping this was a one-time error on their part. The staff that I saw Thursday were all very young, so just be cautious of their possible inexperience. I will update this review down the road if I can regarding the outcome and claims process.

I want to give a HUGE thanks to all the guys that made my truck look good by putting my new rims on I order through your website, the price was amazing, the customer service was amazing, everything about this place is amazing and they earned themself a NEW returning customer for ALL my tire / rim needs ! They also offer wiper blades and tire pressure sensors! I always choose Discount Tire for their unbeatable prices and service. The Macedonia location is no exception. Even on a Saturday they got me right in for 4 new tires. Derek was very helpful and friendly, 10/10. Thanks guys!

I've used them a few times - and I think they are AWESOME. The word is getting out and they are getting really busy at times, so realize it might take a while at certain high-times. But, overall they hustle, are the most honest group I've ever worked with and seem to be efficient. Love this place and the team there. (no affiliation w/them at all!)

Purchased 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for a couple hours later. While they were busy when I got there, they were very friendly and eager to get my vehicle in. 4 new tires installed and back in my car in 30 minutes! I’ll definitely be back when my other vehicle needs new tires.

Discount Tire offered excellent prices when I needed to replace a leaky tire. Not only were the prices competitive, but the service was also exceptionally quick. I booked my appointment online, which was very convenient, and within 20 minutes of my appointment time, I was back on the road. The staff were all polite, and I plan to have the rest of my tires replaced here in the near future. I highly recommend them!

I've purchased all my tires with you guys BUT.....your air filling area ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. There are usually about 6 or 8 guys around and it takes forever for someone to put air in my tires. I end up having to go somewhere else. DO BETTER DISCOUNT TIRE!!!!!

I have visited this site two times in the past few years with near new tires that came from the auto dealership equipped on the car...meaning the tires didn't come from Discount Tire. The personnel have greeted me with a smile and have been nothing short of A++++. On two, separate occasions I have had screws removed from new tires and plugs installed, at $0.00 charge. When my vehicle needs tire replacements, this is the only supplier I would consider. Please visit these guys for the best service and seamless experience. 5-stars, A+, thank you Discount Tire Macedonia team.
