Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The Valvoline in Macedonia is my prefer location. I've rarely gone to any other location or anywhere else for that matter besides the dealership. They provide great service and are friendly to boot. I love the communication, letting you know what is going on either wait time or while in the service bay. I intend to visit again soon to change other fluids & filters. Thanks, Valvoline!

I always have a great experience here, but my visit yesterday was exceptional! All of the guys were extremely kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They even answered some non-oil related questions for me. I think what impacted my satisfaction the most was that it genuinely felt like these men were happy to be there doing their jobs and servicing customers. I feel you do not find that type of attitude too often anymore, unfortunately. I wish I had all their names to give them a shoutout here, keep up the GREAT work! You never know how much your positivity and kindness can mean to someone :)

It's almost always a very quick process. This time in particular was not the fastest but still very good! I was able to combine a couple of coupons on different services (oil change and cabin filter) and that helped my bank account :-) And the staff is always friendly.

The Jakes were great . Really professional and I felt very well taken care of. I was in a pinch and they got me in and out in quick time. Very satisfied. I will be back !

The only one I’ll ever come too! I bring all my company cars here and they never disappoint. I did have an error with my personal car plate being put back on but Dylan was exceptional with fixing another coworkers error! He meet me and fixed it enough for me to continue my day and the next day made sure everything was perfect when i went to the shop! I love the team!

All staff members were polite, kind, and helpful. They worked seamlessly as a team, always helping one another out and making sure everything was just right. I will definitely come back to this location again and recommend them.

Thanks to Danzell, I called and went to get my oil and transmission fluid changed. If he hadn’t informed me that I needed to do this every 45,000 miles on my car, I would have had no idea. He was very thorough and clearly knowledgeable. I got both my oil and transmission fluid changed and was in and out of there quickly! My SUV is running so smoothly now! I absolutely will be back—thank you again! I don’t even want to take it to my dealership anymore! Go to Valvoline; the staff are incredible and very friendly! And they give ya coupous to help ya save ya coins! 😉

I was pressured and lied to. I was told my car was 12000 over due for a transmission fluid change and that I would not be able to get it done anywhere else cheaper. Both lies! My car per manufacturer recommendation needs a trans fluid change between 50-100 thousand miles. I only have about 36000. I called around and found multiple shops that offer this (unneeded) service for much less. Nothing bothers me more when I feel like a service center takes advantage of unsuspecting customers. After this experience, I cannot ever recommend Valvoline nor would I return myself after being pressured and lied to. I will tell my friends to stay far away.
