I took my Tahoe to Spitzer Chevy in Northfield, OH recently because of a banging sound coming from under the vehicle. When I explained this issue with the service writer, Steve, he had the service manger, Andrew, take a test drive with me to verify the banging. The service manager heard the noise and he then took the tech assigned to work on my Tahoe for a ride to hear the noise. What surprised me was about an hour after dropping off the Tahoe I received a text with a link from Spitzer to view a video of what the tech found wrong with my Tahoe. A right front stabilizer component broke causing the banging. The tech also said they found the water pump making a loud noise and the pulley wheel was wobbly, stating the bearings were failing. They found this issue because Steve and the tech heard the noise when the Tahoe was running and after their full inspection of the vehicle. I was very impressed with the video as it gives you a visual of the issues they find (a picture, or video, is worth 1,000words). The work, and status communications, Spitzer Chevy did was awesome. This was the second time this year I brought my Tahoe to this dealership and not only did they fix the problem I knew I had they again found a second problem that needed immediate attention. I have taken my Tahoe to this dealership for previous issues as well as normal maintenance and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I recommend this dealership highly for all vehicle needs.
