Excellent service and amazing attention to detail. Their reception staff is always friendly and their communication is great. My one complaint is that a few times now I’ve requested a loaner car (when booking an appointment) and it says online someone will confirm with you, which hasn't happened and then I will show up and be told there’s not one available. That being said they do offer complimentary Uber services, just better communication would be good there.

On a long road trip from Charlotte to Alabama, our check engine light came on and our car shut down. We were able to restart it and looked up the nearest automotive repair shop. We were so blessed to find Davidson Automotive. They checked the code, made the repair, and had us on our way in about an hour. Everyone was so kind! The shop also has a very inviting and comfortable waiting area. I cannot recommend them enough and wish their shop was in our town! Thank you to everyone, especially Joel!

Brought my mustang in for a repair figuring something internal was busted and sure enough something was. They could have easily jacked up the price since it was an engine problem and I would have believed it. But they gave a fair honest price and got my car into their shop that same day fixing it within the week. Very professional, kind, and patient receptionist as-well. Would highly recommend.

The guys were friendly and welcoming when I entered the shop. They listened to my issues and came up with a plan. Via email, I authorized work and viewed the results from my car. I was updated with the progress of my car. Told it was ready and went to pick up my car. Overall, a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience here. Needed tires same day as I was about to leave on a road trip. Davidson automotive gave me a ride home while the job was completed, the tire options were great and the prices were near identical to tire rack so you can be sure you’re not getting marked up. The place has a nice lounge and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.
