Walmart Auto Care Centers

I ordered tires from Walmart.com with installation at this store. I was notified that my appointment was canceled because 3 of 4 tires were delayed. When I called to learn more about the order I was unable to get a real person on the phone after 6-7 attempts. I then called customer service only to be told the tires were delivered. I then went to the store and was told they didn't have my tires and I needed to call customer service to track them down. A few minutes later they amazingly found one of my tires and informed me that the rest of the tires were delivered to Sam's club by mistake then sent back to FedEx. As the customer I was expected to coordinate between walmart and the fedex facility to try and redeliver my tires. I then had trouble trying to get a refund since the tires were already signed for but eventually got my money back and re-ordered the tires from somewhere else.

Ordered tires online, order was canceled with them saying the item wasn't in stock, but I'm here looking at the tires. Such a joke, they intentionally cancel orders so they don't have to do their jobs. But want top pay. No one will even help me in the service department. Guess I'll take my money somewhere else for the tires and work.

I like how the staff went out of their way to accommodate me to service my vehicle even though I didn't have an appointment. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service.

Best managers in the world. Great to talk to and are understanding with employees and customers. They don't beat around the bush and talk to you straight up. ❤️ Also the employees in the shop even tho being short staffed most of the time do what they can for you and your vehicle.

Went in for an oil change, when I got the car there were grease handprints all over the steering wheel and doors. Also didn't reset the oil sensor. Hope they did the oil change.

I arrived at my appointment at 7am The staff really rude and disrespectful. Linda screamed at me and told me I can’t get in I have to stay in my car. The issue continued through the whole time of my appointment, one of the technicians also came screaming at me I have to move my car from the front of pay 3 to pay 4 but after that the same person moved it to pay 3. I recommend everyone to stay away from here. Walmart getting bad quality stuff and they don’t care about customers anymore. I will never come back here and I will take my business where else

There were 5 mechanics but they all worked in slow motion and took forever to get anything done. They were in no rush to get caught up or get things done.
