I went there with my friend. Because I don't speak English well, I needed help from my friend. The handsome man with a big beard at the front desk received me very warmly. It cost $69 and it took less than 20 minutes to change the oil. I was very satisfied and happy.

Best mechanic/mechanic shop in town no doubt! Jason has been taking such good care of my car! He is fair and very transparent with costs. You don’t have to think twice, if your maintenance light came on, or you just need a routine check- stop by and he’ll give you his best service every time! Thank you, guys!!!!

The Competitive Pricing speaks for itself across the market,, but it’s the sneaky customer service that sets it apart. These gals/guys are informative, knowledgeable, fair, and most importantly friendly! I’d recommend anybody (who feels they aren’t receiving either of those things) to give PTOC a shot!!

I really recommend you not to go to this repair shop. Small problems can turn into big problems. When you find them, they will even blame you for the problem. My brake pads are thin and he told me that it was my induction. I had a problem with the sensor and replaced my sensor. After the replacement, my car had more alarms, and then I asked to return the replaced sensor because I was not sure whether the sensor he replaced was broken or not. Okay, I went to car after-sales and they told me that the sensor didn't match, so my sensor wasn't broken at all. They also said it was a problem with the wheel hub and asked me to spend more money to replace it. I spent more money to replace the sensor. When When I returned to this repair shop, their attitude made it impossible for me to communicate with them. The barbarians told me that everything was my problem. If you want to be like me, you can go to his house to get your car repaired.
