Quick, efficient and courteous service. They turned a bad morning around for me by getting my tire with a nail in it repaired in about 40 minutes despite appearing to be very busy. The manager and service technician kept me informed about my vehicle’s progress. Thank you to the entire team!

I highly recommend this Discount Tire location. They guys there are always so helpful and explain what I need or what my options are. Last December, Tyrell was super helpful in checking out my tires to make sure my son and I would be safe getting on our road trip to spend holidays with family several states away. Today, Will was a total gem with helping me choose the new tires that I needed for my truck. Again, I swear by this place. Been going there for years and will continue to give them my business! My family got stranded while traveling out of town, and we were very lucky to have come across these guys. They replaced our entire wheel, studs, lug nuts, and fixed our drum brake. They would have done it the same day even though it was right at 5 o’clock, but they had to order to the special studs. Even so, got it done the very next morning! They really helped our family out and went above and beyond. Really great people. Very good price too by the way

Your guy saved my life 😀 He fixed a major tire problem for me in 4 minutes. And no charge! Unbelievable service. I hugged him! I didn't catch his name. He is there right now, younger, solid guy, with dark hair. Maybe Conner or Caleb? I am so thankful.

Xavier and Will provided the absolute best experiences I’ve ever had at Discount Tire these past 12 years (though every trip there has always been great). They were very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Xavier immediately met me outside at my car this past weekend and got my tire rotation process started, pointed some things out to me, and my car was ready 45mins later. He was great to talk to. Will didn’t even hesitate to change my windshield wipers in the rain before work this morning after an unpleasant experience at an auto store. He had me ready to go with quality, good-priced wipers within a few minutes and I’ll only be going there for wipers from now on. Great guys who are great at their jobs

My experience at this location was lacking in a professional customer service experience. My current mechanic noticed that my passenger front tire on my Range River was defective and recommended that I take it back to Discount Tire to have it replaced ASAP which I did. The service rep. looks at it and said it was fine which I knew was not accurate. I told him to go back out and look again and only then did he honor the warranty and agreed to replace the tire. Even though I had an appointment I was there for just under 2 hours. He would have let me leave with a potential hazardous tire had I not pushed the issue. I will never do business with them again. I ordered 4 new tires thanks to the help of Will and came in this morning to get them installed. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened. They had my car in and out in 30 minutes and I'm telling you these Cooper tires are so quiet and ride so smooth. They even told me my back tires had great tread on them and put them in a bag and threw them in the back of my car. These guys and girls do a great job! This is the first set of tires I've bought for THIS car but my last car before I got rid of it, I bought from this same location. They are so friendly and helpful.

Been dealing with these guys for years and just realized I’ve never left a review. Best staff here, literally all of them, and pretty decent pricing (about the best you’re going to find). The best is when you walk in and every one working is eager to help you and don’t dread their job. Always professional and friendly.
