Costco Tire Center

Amazing service! Came in right in the morning and they were able to help me out on a patch that I needed. The workers were extremely friendly and were willing to help me out with anyway shape or form. Definitely recommend this place to get tires in the area!

This particular Costco had a lot of appointments available luckily, as I needed to make 3 different visits after the previous retailer didn’t tell me about my aftermarket rims and didn’t give me a wheel lock. Appointment just about an hour, and everything feels great!

Despite having the cheapest tire price, not the place to go. Not only does no one really answer the phone, they never have an appointment available to fix flat tires purchased from Costco that come with a warranty. Called Sunday morning and could not get in until Tuesday at 4 pm. Mediocre customer service. Extremely long wait times for service. Very poor experience and completely out of character for Costco as a brand.

Poor customer service. Absolutely no customer appreciation at the desk. Wait time was extended past the call back due to having to wait for them to bring out the keys. I had chrome valve stem caps that were not reinstalled. Instead they replaced them with green plastic ones.

I show up an hour before closing with a leaking tire due to running over a screw. The only place open and the only place I buy tires. Chances are my tire is going be flat tomorrow with a screw in it. I asked them if they could at least put the spare on. I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it before they close and they’re sorry. So they are literally ok with leaving me stranded. Unbelievable.

Zero stars! Thought I was getting a deal on tires but ended up buying a headache in service and faulty tpms sensors after an included service - which they said was my fault for not checking pressure (which I do, but still wtf). Well after useless attempts to get the issue fixed here, incl. speaking to the tire dept. manager and store asst, mgr - I went to Discount Tire and got the air pressure corrected for freaking free! Problem solved. This Costco Tire Center is a huge disappointment, not what I’d expect from Costco brand. Save your sanity and go elsewhere for your tires.

Crystal and the guy with the glasses was very helpful! Had a flat tire and despite being so busy they got to it sooner than I expected! They even fixed my TPMs issue!!! Thank you!
