I live in the Houston area. My daughter's 2009 LR2 broke down in Greenville. I was very worried about getting taken advantage of by a Land Rover mechanic since I was from out of town. I called Mike and he was very nice and helped me right away. I cannot tell you how happy I am with Mike and with the service I received from Eurover. Mike helped me get the vehicle towed to him and he got the vehicle fixed very quickly at a very reasonable price. I am very, very happy with my experience at Eurover.

I had a 2016 Ranger Rover serviced the end of Dec 2023. I had full brakes, rotors, and all fluids replaced (transmission, differentials, transfer case). Eurover came highly recommended from other customers. However, I am truly disappointed a few weeks after driving the vehicle. There were missing components in the engine bay, like the plastic engine cover and battery cover. I was very upset after paying over 2000$ for this service without questioning the price or their professionalism. I brought car back and demanded them to replaced my engine covers. What they told be were shocking, "oh yeah, we found this in our shop and did not know who or which car it came from, this happens all the time." If these professionals, all parts that were taken off should be put back in its original spot. I am truly disappointed at the quality and professionalism. In addition, the brakes that were replaced were worst than before, it created more brake dust and more brake noise than ever. I am truly disappointed and regret ever going here. I don't even want to deal with the excuses they have given me for bringing the car back. I highly think twice when considering Eurover. Saving time and money in the short term can be costly in the long term. My 2016 Range Rover Evoque was maintained by the dealer before this shop ever touched it. It has only 80k miles on it. I am a business owner and pride in customer service and satisfaction. This business has been very disappointing.

I've been to Eurover 3 times, and every time was exceptional. The team has a lot of knowledge, they are very easy to talk to, and just all around a pleasure to work with. If you have a Range/Land Rover, and you're in Greenville, this is the place to go. My one advice would be to call in advance, they are always fairly busy, and so it would be good to call and check how busy they are on the day you plan to come in.

Great customer service! Great people. Only been here one time for a simple need. Will update later. They did a great job with an assessment of our new Range Rover. They are a very responsive group.

I will say it's been a pleasure dealing with this company. They were very straightforward and communicated very well. I was shocked to find out that they're in the same building as a dealership. That would have made me fall back. I'm glad I didn't know that prior. I picked my vehicle up today. I spoke with Mike as most of us will and everything seems to be good. I'll give them five stars. If things change I will update my review LOL but as of right now if I will recommend them to everybody who owns a Land Rover
