I have not had to had a car repaired for many years and I was totally impressed by Calliber's performance. They made sure everything ran smoothly, from the initial estimate to the rental car to the final pickup. I appreciated the way they kept in touch via text, even though this was a very busy time for them (post Hurricane Helene). The car was done before their estimated date, and is so beautiful I hardly recognized it! Great job, everyone!

Zack was my direct contact technician for recent repairs required on y Subaru Forester and we couldn't have had a better contact! Zack was ken on keeping us informed on all the details right from the beginning- and Madison at the front desk was additionally helpful and professional as well! We knew the car was going to be in the shop for several days, but Zack was able to relay with us in real time the progress that was being made on a daily basis. Couldn't have asked for a better professional and friendly group and within no time…our car was back in our own garage and looking show room ready! Thanks Zack for all your hard work…we TRULY appreciate you and will recommend you to all our friends and family!

*Update to my story with Caliber Collision on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. I have sent a couple of emails now to Michael Camp about being reimbursed for my car rental (something that he offered to take care of) and he has yet to respond back. His team not only destroyed the inside of my vehicle, but they also over sprayed the outside. My sunroof and chrome trim had paint everywhere! They also were lazy and decided to glue a lock piece onto my driver’s panel; instead of, replacing and popping it back in. I’ve never seen so much damage! I had a horrible experience at this location and their manager. When I went to pick up my vehicle after having some paint and trim repair, I noticed a long scratch on my upper bumper panel. After further review, my vehicle had been driven 30 miles and it was filthy inside/out with scratches on the inside from where they stored things in the trunk. I could tell that my vehicle had been used for personal use and no regard for my property while in their care. Upon further inspection, the chrome trim around and on my windows had been over sprayed with paint. Mike Camp, the manager, has repeatedly ignored my emails about these issues and getting them repaired. I would never recommend this location to anyone in the Greenville area!

My first experience with Caliber Collision was great! My car looked like no damage had been done, they kept me up to date on the process, and had my vehicle finished before the estimated time. They even cleaned my vehicle before it was returned to me! I will definitely be back as a customer and recommend them to anyone I know!

I received excellent service with great attention to detail. Zac kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, and my car was finished four days earlier than expected. They also took care of my rental car before and after the repairs, making the whole experience seamless. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need work done on my car again!

Recently left a review for this location and criticized their process. To be clear: I still don’t recommend using their online tool for estimation as it does not accurately provide you with what all that needs done to your vehicle. BUT This location and its team took notice; communicated and worked hard to set expectations, work with me through issues and come up with good solutions. Standouts included: Timothy (manager), Philip (service advisor), Samantha (office admin) - etc. Thankful with the final results and ownership from this team! Daniel
