Rogers Stereo Customer Reviews

Mr. Rodgers, since we last spoke about my 03 f150 with all the issues I've had with past installs; radio x3, tint etc I have since sold the truck and moved on to a new one. I would lo e to be a repeat customer but because of the bad experiences I'm afraid I will have to look elsewhere for my next radio, tint installs. I believe I've personally wasted about 2k of my own money dealing with the past issues with next to no enjoyment out of the Kenwood 9990 hd radio that was plagued with constant restarts, volume buttons that would turn all the way up and buggy software. I even had the latest updates installed on the last radio with no improvements. I know its years after but the bad experience was enough for me to just give up on ever recouping my loses on this whole ordeal. I appreciate you taking time to call me back when you did. Sincerely a very dissatisfied and defeated customer.

New update: 60 days in. They caused a FIRE in our truck, Fire has determined it was their install and we have yet to hear from them. Their insurance company Hanover Insurance Group can’t even reach their own client they claim. You will be like us and out thousands of dollars. It’s been two months now. And see no end in sight. Picture was the start of the fire. Do NOT let them touch your vehicle. They caused a FIRE in our truck, Fire has determined it was their install and we have yet to hear from them. Can’t get return calls from Owner of Roger’s or their insurance company in over 30 days. We are now paying for our rental, truck still in shop. I am hoping they make it right but we are over 30 days in and not a peep. Potentially Costing us thousands of dollars just don’t want this happening to anyone else!

I went to get my windows tinted on 08/25/2021. After arriving, I spoke with the Store Manager, David who checked me in. I explained what I wanted, which was dark windows and a tinted windshield. He said "I would recommend the 18% on all the windows and 45% on the windshield. You won't be able to see inside them except for a silhouette." I went with his recommendation. After waiting two hours, I got outside to my car and was extremely disappointed. I mentioned it not being dark enough and was told "well, it does has to dry". I waited a few days and still no change. I called and spoke with David. I told him I wasn't satisfied with my tint and he told me to bring it up there. I went up there to wait 1.5 hour of them trying to get an answer on a getting a refund. By this time, the owner is introduced. He states, he wants to make it right. I agree to have the windows redone. He states he would even give me an in-house credit. "We will get you taken care of." After arriving to my appointment on 08/27/2021, I was informed by the owner, I would pay $150 due to him needing to pay his window tint employees to redo the job and he would give me a $150 in-house credit. After taxes, I paid $160.50. This was never explained to me prior to them getting my car in the shop. Bait and switch. The window tint looked worse. The tint was cut too short on multiple windows. I have attempted to resolve this with the owner; however he told me to dispute it. The images have colored paper behind them to show the flaw in the window tint. I have had a police officer read my window tint and is NOT consistent with illegal percent they were paid to put on my car. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else. I'm currently disputing all charges ($535.XX) with my banks and filing complaint with BBB.

Had good chat with the folks that work there. Ordered window tint as a gift, and scheduled it for after Christmas. Went back and purchased subs and an amp for my truck. Excellent customer service and follow through after the sale.

Must say not impressed, called to get some information and as soon as they answer it was please hold, I was on hold for so long that it sent me back to them and again please hold, very unprofessional, will take my business elsewhere since I am not important enough to even ask if I can hold. Business note Roger's if you are so busy you cannot properly greet or answer your potential customers then come up with an answering service and call them back, I can only imagine what your actual service is like if this is how you treat potential customers, but luckily I wont find out I will take my business and money to someone who knows how to treat their customer.

Be careful with this place. I paid 1500 for a sundown 2,500 amp with bass knob, wire kit and interface plus installation, the same day after installation my backup camera didn't work when I brought it back I was asked "did it work before" it's a 2015 camry, then after it's fixed the tech told me "it was just a peice of broken plastic in the clip stopping it from connecting". So they broke a clip and just brush it off, and then about a week later I get a idle sound coming from my subs, I tell the guy at the from and he walks around the issue and basically says they can't do anything, and today I find out that the bass knob I was supposed to have bought paired with my amp is just a cheap epicenter knob. Where does it end I'm scared to dig into what the actually did. One thing is the amp is under the seat, I wanted it in the trunk behind the seats for easy access not to be flooded if I forget to roll my windows up and they placed the"bass" knob in the wrong place and drilled a hole in my dash. Avoid this place do your research so it yourself.

Called and wanted front and rear door speakers installed. Had all the speakers mounted to brackets with connectors due to my speakers being plug and play. I told the woman I had everything pretty much done all they had to do was take the door off and install screw the speaker in (I just didn’t wanna deal with having to put the door back on). Then woman then tells me it will be $400 plus tax. I then told her hey I’m gonna look around some more and she proceeded to say how they’re getting people from other car installations and that’s the cheapest price I’d get for quality. $400 for an hour worth of work is crazy. Do better.
