All Trans Transmission

I came in with a problem. Bruce drove it a short distance & identified my problem as a worn out clutch. He did not charge me for identifying the problem. Another business wanted to charge just for the discovery of the problem. All Trans quoted a price about $800 less than the other shop. It was fixed sooner than they first thought & the price was exactly what was quoted. I trust them completely & am so pleased. I will recommend them. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind, & expert at what they do.

TLDR; Trustworthy, efficient, honest. Would recommend! I went to get an oil change at another location and they informed me that I had a transmission leak. I was about to leave for a road trip, but knew this needed to be addressed. I reached out to All Trans Transmission with my dilemma. They offered for me to drop off the car the next morning so they could try to keep me on my timeline. Upon inspecting my vehicle, there was no transmission leak! They could have easily lied and told me that my whole transmission needed to be replaced and I would have listened, but they didn't. This showed me that they do their work for people, not for the profit, which I value. All Trans didn't even charge me a service fee for having looked at my vehicle. They did recommend I get new breaks and tires and suggested I go to a neighboring location for those services. When the time comes that I do need transmission work, there is no doubt as to where I will go in the future: All Trans Transmission. They showed me that they will do what is right, not what brings them the most amount of money. I have been and will continue to recommend their services to others.

Will and the entire All Trans Team was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful when we recently took our Honda Pilot in to be serviced. I was convinced it was the transmission because it wouldn't drive and all I could hear was grinding. They quickly found that it was only the axle so instead of 2 weeks and $4000 it was only 2 days and $400. In addition to the quick and honest service, I also received multiple thank you cards following up to make sure we were satisfied with the repair and thanking me for the business. I will definitely use All Trans in Greenville again!

These guys are one of the most HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY SHOPS I have ever delt with!!!! Mark and Will do all they can to satisfy their customers, communicate on a timely basis snd get to the root of the problem and FIX IT!!!! I recommend them completely for your transmission needs!!!! They did what my Dealer was incapable of doing!!!!

My daughter and I broke down while traveling from out of state. The kindness and immediate attention we were given at All Trans was second to none. They treated us like family, providing us with service like we’d been loyal customers for years. They quickly diagnosed the issue immediately, were beyond patient explaining it to us, and provided us with all options. Additionally, they showed humility and empathy in recognizing the stress of the situation. It was truly some of the best customer service we have ever encountered!! They are the absolute best!!!

Terrible customer service post sale. Having bearing noise and guy on the phone without hesitation blamed installation, without even looking at it. Asked if he could inspect on vehicle to verify concerns so i dont have to pull the entire trans out on a whim, immediate no answer from owner. With the crunch in second that “self cleared” and the bearing noise it wouldnt surprise me if their just painting used engines, and it boggles my mind how they believe their smarter than the engineer in regards to what fluid i need to use to uphold warranty, especially if their using stock parts at stock specs as advertised. Will not be recommending anyone, and definitely will be talking to the shop that recommended me.

They done amazing job on our 97 cobra mustang transmission after Parker Transmission In Iva had wrong clutch on, the cultch cable backwards. All transmission was very knowledgeable of the t45 transmission, very perfessonal, always kept us updated with whats was going on plus they had it redone within a week. I highly recommend All Transmission

Very trustworthy people. I had a Mazda CX9. It was not driving right. Sounded like Overdrive was not engauging. They assured me that the drivetrain was alright. The problem ended up being rear wheel bearings were shot. I really appresiated them giving me honest answers and not fixing what was not broken. They did not charge me a dime. Blessings, John 20:29

If you have an issue with this shop then the problem may be you and not them. Great staff great service. Had some catastrophic transmission failure on one of the work trucks and have never had a better experience with any shop. They also fixed my wife's car quick and at market value.
