Fred Anderson Honda Service

Brian was my service advisor. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt very confident with his advice, but never felt pressured. The new service area is very organized and efficiently set up. The new waiting area is great, but didn’t spend much time there because their courtesy ride shuttle had me on my way within minutes. The courtesy shuttle is a major plus to their service experience. Overall, I am a very pleased customer and would recommend without hesitation.

We had just over 1,000 miles on our brand-new Pilot when I started noticing a ticking noise coming from behind the dash :( Took it in, and the service team quickly diagnosed the issue and got to work. They sent me home with a loaner Pilot, and less than 48 hours later, my car was ready to go after they installed a new heat pump unit. My service advisor, Alexander, was fantastic—clear, consistent, and easy to communicate with over phone and text. Huge thanks to the team for getting this sorted out so smoothly. The service center at FA was great to work with, and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back there in the future! Crossing my fingers this is the last and only issue with my new car

I needed new tires and two new rims. One tire and one rim was covered by a road hazard policy. I got an alignment and the transmission fluid was changed. My wife said that it rides and drives as good as new. Thanks Preston and The Crew.

Late Saturday afternoon, I went by to see what cars were available for purchase. I was greeted warmly by salesmen who I knew really wanted to get finished with the day’s work, and soon I was hooked by their interest in what I was looking for. The decision to buy a car was reached the following Monday, and Andrew Newton was very helpful in helping me. He really helped me get a great deal!

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Fred Anderson Honda. Kayla from the service department listened attentively to my lengthy explanation about what had happened. She provided options and expressed confidence in her team. She politely explained how I could best care for my car. I waited in an extremely clean waiting area with comfortable seating and natural light. My car was ready in the time estimated and I felt well taken care of. I will be bringing my future business to this location. I cannot think of a way they could have improved my experience.

I dropped my car off on Thurs.night for the recall repairs I was notified about by mail. Keith was my service man he was very nice and informative as he explained everything to me and showed me how to find the place on my cars screen so I could find when my car needs maintenance . He explained to me that my car needed brake fluid and an alignment so I told him they could go ahead with the repairs and I would pick it up the next day when they were finished . I was very satisfied with the work they did. Thank you Keith and God bless!

My experience was great I came in early and got out quick. The most important thing was the help I received from AJ. She was awesome!! Worth every penny. Thank you Kayla L. I had you check my car bumper-to-bumper for my cross country trip and you did not disappoint. This was my first time getting my car serviced at a Honda dealership and it was amazing! Eric was extremely helpful and kind. He made sure to express how long the service might last, which was something I appreciated and took care of getting its oil changed and tires rotated for free while the car was already there being serviced. It took no longer than an hour and the communication and hospitality was wonderful. My car is perfect. 10/10 experience!
