I just bought a used vehicle from them & thought their price’s were fair on both the vehicle I purchased, and my trade. They matched what the local credit union would do for interest rates & my salesman (Jimmie) was great! I was only in there for about an hour, including the test drive! I did help speed up the process by giving them info ahead of time via text vs. just showing up & starting from scratch, so take that into consideration if you’d like to be in & out as fast as possible. Overall, I’m very pleased with them & my purchase!

After hydroplaning 6 hours from home we got the car in to Kia. Dropped it off Monday morning. Picked it up Tuesday before noon. Cass and her team are so efficient. Had everything we needed to get us back on the road. Very thankful for her help and guidances

Brad, my customer service representative did everything perfectly. He greeted me warmly, informed me of what would be done and an expected completion time. He communicated that a technician would troubleshoot an issue I had mentioned. This was done promptly and no problems were found. After I discussed the proper way to have the car washed he provided a me with a free car wash ! Excellent experience overall with the dealership. Easy to schedule a convenient appointment and all of my needs were met I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson to my friends and those interested in purchasing an electric vehicle.

We just purchased our 2025 Kia Carnival this past weekend and absolutely loved our shopping experience. Obsessed with this “MPV!!!!!! Doesn’t even feel like a van!!! Rodrigo was amazing and we feel he has transformed us into a Kia family!!! Not to mention we get free oil changes for life!!! Highly recommend!!!

No idea why, but when I got the car back from a routine oil change and multipoint inspection service, the coolant reservoir level was way above the Full mark. I checked it multiple times including when the engine was cooled down. The coolant level was between the Low and Full lines on the reservoir when I had brought it in for service and when the engine was cooled down. When I brought the car back, the service department had a mechanic remove the excess coolant and said the car may have overheated and that a mechanic wouldn’t have just added coolant during a routine oil change. The car has never overheated while in my possession. I drove the car for approximately 80 miles after the coolant was brought back to the appropriate level in the reservoir, and the engine temp stayed at its usual temp the whole time. Overfilling the engine coolant can have adverse impacts. 2 stars because I cannot think of any reason why the coolant level would be an inch above the full line in the reservoir tank after an oil change and multipoint inspection.

I went into Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville today to have my car serviced and from the time that I was received with my vehicle until the time my car was ready the service and the professionalism was outstanding. I could not have asked for any better service than what I had received today. Smiles, laughter, and friendlyness filled the waiting bay area and the customer service lounge was exceptionally very clean and warm. If your vehicle needs to be serviced please do not hesitate and hurry on down they will take wonderful care of you and your vehicle.

This visit was a horrible experience. I had a routine oil change service with filter replacement. This visit cost me more than double of what my last service like this one did. I was in shock! I was not told up front what the cost would be. My rep “Nick “ was not helpful. I tried to use my coupons and he told me they were expired. And no discount…. But after me expressing my dismay he finally broke down and gave me a 10 percent discount. He kept saying I’m just the messenger. Then after leaving I realized they had not checked the air in my tires when they rotated them. One was pretty low so I had to stop and put air in it. And then I noticed they had not put my tire caps back on! They were different colors and one was cracked and broken! Their prices are outrageous. I have always had great service people. This time he was a bummer… really discourteous. Also my back wiper rubber was shredded and they did not even mention replacing it. I will not be back to this dealership.. they just don’t care about their customers .

My whole experience was great at Kia of Greenville. I was greeted almost immediately upon pulling to service by Jose! He gave me a very honest time table which allowed me to prepare. They sent me a video of the inspection. I was throughly pleased. Much better than anything i experienced from Kia if Greer!
