This place is AWESOME 👍🏾 they replaced my whole trunk and match my paint correctly. Had me done in 2 weeks. Not a long wait at all. They communicated with me very well about what was going on with my car and how much longer it's gonna take. I recommend this collision center. Thanks guys

They did an amazing job with the repairs and the finished product deserves 5 stars. However, I am big on customer service and trust. First of all I was gave a reasonable quote and timeframe for them to complete the repairs. I was told that it would take up to 2 weeks to complete repairs. A week and a half later (on a Wednesday) I received a call to inform me that my car would be ready by Friday. Friday came and I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check in. The person I spoke to was not aware of me receiving a call and stated “I don’t know who would have told you that your car would be ready because are waiting on parts to finish.” He informed me that my car would be ready by the following Friday. Honestly I was disappointed but I understood. Fast forward to the next Friday, I hadn’t heard from them so I called and was informed that my car was almost ready and was in quality control. Long story short my car was in quality control another week. I didn’t receive an update and every time I called I was given the run around. By this time I was not happy and finally was able to speak with a customer service representative to express my concerns. A hour later I received a call to inform me that my car was ready. After being told it would take 2 weeks my car was ready 31 days later. I was very satisfied with the work so that was not a issue. Secondly, the quote I was given was reasonable and was the deciding factor for which I chose the company to do the repairs. I was told that the quote was an estimate and could cost a couple of hundred more at the most. However, the total cost was almost $1000 more than I was quoted. Which caused me to regret choosing them altogether. I’m satisfied with the quality of their work but definitely will not do any more business with them. I expect quality, honesty and impeccable customer service and support.

I was skeptical at first because I'm a skeptic anyways. However, Steve did amazing job taking care of my insurance claim. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs, and the end result was flawless. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would recommend this collision place with no hesitation. Good job guys and keep up the good work.

Fred Anderson Collision in Greenville did an amazing job on our car after an accident left the passenger side badly damaged. A colleague recommended them, and we had a great experience. Mandy was fantastic—she kept us updated throughout the process. They handled everything smoothly, and professionally, from working with the insurance claim to tow the car from our house. While it took a little longer due to parts coming from overseas, the final result was flawless. The color matching, details, and overall workmanship were perfect. Highly satisfied and highly recommend!

Fred Anderson has the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life! If i could give them negative stars i would! They have piss poor communication and i was the only one reaching out for almost year to insure i had a hood for my car. They tried to put a small hood on my car last year and i was not going for it! They were paid for services yet i had to call Honda of America to get my own part, ridiculous! They have put me through pure hell! I was completely blindsided the today by the claims guy and the manager calling me about services i “did not” pay for which i had a receipt proving otherwise. Why would you give me back the key to my car almost a year ago if i did not pay for services? I was soooo enraged and my day was ruin! I am seriously contemplating contacting corporate! If i find anything else wrong with my car i promise i will be contacting a lawyer. Please be aware and save yourself the pain!!!!!!
