Ordered new tire and installed next day on a Saturday; new tire was not cleaned or polished to match other 3; drove back on Wednesday and the crew polished all 4 tires to match - looks great

I had an excellent experience at Fred Anderson Acura. Thomas was very friendly, professional and informative. He set the expectation as soon as I walked in the door and he made sure to update me throughout the entire process up until my car service was complete. Once my service was complete he was very thorough with explaining everything associated with my car inspection and gave me knowledgeable advice on how to address the findings of the inspection. I appreciate how attentive, kind, and light spirited both him and the receptionist were especially with the fact that they were swamped. I sat in the lobby and watched Tom give the same attentiveness and professionalism to every single guest. I'm huge on consistency, and I genuinely appreciated that. I will definitely be back for my next service appointment.

The service advisor, Trent was outstanding, professional and very well mannered! He made sure to listen to all my concerns and let me know exactly what needed to be done. The technician sent a very detailed video that explained everything he saw and it matched to what Trent suggested. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Came in to have service on my MDX. Trent was fantastic, helped make the process easy and smooth. Also showed me estimates on future maintenance items to keep my car tip-top shape. I have never had great experiences with dealership service centers but Fred Anderson Acura truly has been awesome!

Carrie did an outstanding job! She especially helped by informing me that the service would be completed in 2 hours keeping my family from having to drive from Spartanburg to pick me up. Loved the video of my inspection!

Extremely pleased with the work done. Ken, my estimator and point person was awesome, efficient and very accurate. Lori (office contact) was great. They made the process as easy as possible and I'm thoroughly pleased with the service and happy to have my car back within a very reasonable timeframe. They remain consistent with the reputation. Highly recommend!!

Scheduled my service appointment online. I was greeted with a smile and treated as a valued customer. I waited for my car to be serviced and enjoyed complimentary coffee in the clean & comfortable waiting area. The service writer stopped in and provided me with progress updates and I was out of there within an hour!! Outstanding service and performance!

Took MDX in for servicing and customer service was AWESOME! Evan was helpful from the moment I pulled into the wrong entrance! He was still smiling and attentive. I was directed to the correct entrance, the snacks, the coffee and was told approximately how long it would take. The service people saw there was a recall. Evan notified me that it would be considerably longer so they gave me a car and I picked mine up the next day. Great Service, wonderful customer service! One thing that would have made for an even more wonderful experience would have been to wash the pollen off of my car. Thanks for your customer support and service!

Brought my RDX in for a recall notice and repair. Easy to schedule online. Repair price was fair. I received a video summary of the repair and a walk-around inspection of my car recorded by the mechanic who did the work - a very nice 'extra'! Service Manager Carrie was a pleasure to deal with - very professional and great communication during the process.
