2021 Corsair Reserve Chris is the MAN!! My panoramic roof liner came out of the tracks and expressed a few other minor concerns to Mr. Chris. He was quick and gave me a loaner while the mechanics diagnosed the issues. He kept me up to date with the process and where all the parts were and the time frame it may take. The team replaced the liner and updated my car’s system. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and will be using FairWay again!! Also, they gave me a complimentary wash!!!

Great service team! They were able to complete service an hour earlier than expected, even washed the car. Choice of TV channel in waiting area was pretty sad but overall great experience with employees and vehicle service.

Fairway Lincoln did an excellent job in every phase of the recent maintenance we had done on our 2022 Lincoln Corsair. The pick-up, loaner, and drop-off service is done with professionalism and efficiency! Jerry is a fantastic representation of Fairway Lincoln and extremely knowledgeable. The service department took me when I called- my battery was dying. They got me fixed up in an hour and a half. Very pleasant and understanding. I certainly did not want to wake up to a dead battery! Great service!

The recent service at Fairway was excellent! The wait was pleasant, the assisting staffer sat with me to explain the additional services needed & the charges for each. There was cool water & coffee available for patrons waiting. My check out was handled with a smile & opened for any questions about the completed services rendered. I had a good experience with Fairway Ford Service Department. They were friendly and treated me with kindness and respect. They even washed my vehicle when they finished with the repairs. The only thing that was missing was communication. I live about an hour away and I had to make arrangements to get back and forth to work for a week and I just needed an update in the meantime without me having to call them to give the person that was allowing me to borrow their vehicle. I get it , I guess… I was hoping that they would offer loaner vehicles but I guess dealerships don’t do that anymore. So, besides that, I am satisfied.

Spent most of the wait time looking at new cars and found we got a good deal when we purchased our Lincoln. Also talked with a salesman I met the first time I came to look at cars here. So the wait was right at 65 minutes and it went by quickly. Good job and also got a car wash. Great service. Price was OK too

Experience overall was excellent. Unfortunately, the on-line app to make my service appointment would not work after several tries; had to call to set up initial visit. Also, we requested assistance with working the intelligent display system. The person working with us was able to help some but could not answer all questions.
