UPDATE: I spoke with a service advisor and they refunded me for the oil change that didn’t happen and verified that the other work was complete. I appreciate their trying to make it right. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a repair. When I brought my car in for that repair and an oil change they said they didn’t have the part but would overnight it and I should have my car by the end of the next day. They kept my car for four days and the part never came. They said they would do the oil change and then call me when the part came in. I paid for the work, got my car and brought it back a week later when the part arrived. They did that work and then I got my car back- but they never changed the oil. It was still dark and dirty and the oil life indicator wasn’t reset, the tires weren’t rotated. Their customer service was abysmal- when I called to check on the status of the car, I said “they said it would be ready…” and the lady gave me attitude saying, “Who is ‘they’?!” They didn’t adhere to timelines, were completely unapologetic, and didn’t do the work. Couldn’t be worse, honestly.

What kind of car dealer does not take 3rd party or outside warranties?! Lazy or incompetent ones I think is the answer. For say they that they only except GM warranty when GM uses Ally for their 3rd part just seems to be loaded garbage

They make appointments, let the car sit all day then say "Sorry". But they said they offered to let us leave it. For four days. "Will it be finished?" I asked. "We hope." Right. And hope they tighten lug nuts. And replace the oil filter. New service shop to find.
