Fairway Subaru Service Center

This is the official Subaru Service Center adjacent to the dealership in Greenville SC. Professional and friendly service. I was quoted 45 minutes for the wait time for the oil change/ tire rotation service and they delivered right on time. The customer lounge has many tables and chairs to be comfortable. As you are waiting you can grab a snack/ bottled water or make yourself a cup of coffee/tea. I would note that it’s important to make an appointment in advance even it says on their website that it’s not necessary. I came by last week hoping to just drop off my car for service but they didn’t take me without an appointment saying they were already booked for the afternoon.

They may do a good work from what I can see in the reviews. However, when I called, I spoke to someone in the service center who did not give me any information on my particular problem and also did not offer any guidance, and almost seemed bothered by me, asking questions to try and understand what is wrong with my Subaru… She tried to transfer me to a different department instead of helping me understand what the best next step would be or just scheduling an appointment to come in. I may have caught her at a bad moment, however, due to this customer service experience I will not be coming here with my car. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

First time getting an oil change at Fairway Subaru. Didn't buy the car there, but wanted to maintain it there. Was very impressed with the welcome I received from Angela Plumley and the communication along the way. I love how the technician does a video of your vehicle going over what he finds that is in need. It allows you to see what they did and how they actually looked at things. Very happy and I will continue to return to get our Subaru serviced.

I will always stick with Subaru. The staff here go above and beyond in fixing situations that arise and make sure to give excellent service. I appreciate the honesty and quality of their service. Jason Williams does a superb job and I appreciate what he has done to keep us with Fairway Subaru.

average at best.....car I had driven over to see was not cleaned or ready, lots of waiting around with nobody paying much attention but eventually got an offer and arrived at a deal which was pretty good. Agreed to come back in two days to get car which I did. It was cleaned and looked good but then spent more than an hour waiting to see Finance to complete paperwork on a car I had already submitted a full price check for. Finance made a hard sell on additional warranty coverage which I rejected and finally they turned me and the car loose with no instruction on the car features. As I got down the street from the dealer, I noticed the gas was at about 1/4 tank.

I travel quite a distance to have my Subaru serviced. It's noteworthy that the staff in the service area have always been courteous and professional. The service manager is approachable, and thus far, I have not had to return for a repeat repair. The distance I travel is a small price knowing the quality of service I will receive.

Came here for an alignment in November. Noticed our tires were chorded and threading. Called to see if we could be compensated and they said they didn’t notice the condition of the tires at the time of service. Wouldn’t you think the employee would have checked that out when they’re working on the tires? Chorded inner tires is literally the result of a bad alignment. How are you going to refuse responsibility for the damage done to my tires?
