Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I just went to do an oil change with my husband here. We were waiting for like five minutes and one of the associates came out and we started looking at the prices since we had a coupon. The first associate was nice, but then another associate came out and was instructing us to move forward. Apparently we didn’t do it fast enough for him because he got frustrated and literally left. He was rude, and has poor customer service skills. He was a bigger African American man so we decided to leave because we don’t take disrespect from ANYONE!

I work until 5:30 every day and this was the only oil change place opened. I saw that it received 4.9 stars so I tried it. The 2 men working tonight were pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable of my vehicle. I highly recommend this location not only for the convenience but mainly for the quality of service I received. Thank you

James & Roman were the dynamic duo they explain everything to me step-by-step throughout the entire process, even recommended a stabilizer to conserve my oil. James & Roman were a great team, did the oil change in 10 minutes and made sure they checked all the necessary maintenance points, leveled up my tire pressure without me having to tell them and made sure I understood why they recommended an oil additive for my vehicle and its usage protocol. Affordable and quick. Didn’t have to leave the vehicle.

once again S & B helped us out, my daughter came down with her new car from N.Y. Pep-boys striped the drain plug out in N.Y. they helped out with a clogged air cleaner, a rubber drain plug, And the manager talked to shop in N.Y. he told them they overtighten the drain plug, Pep-boys agreed to pay for this, when she gets back, these men are so smart, honest, never overcharge us. We always go here. Much much more honest and less expensive than Take Five. I really trust these people

A very clean facility here in Laurens Road. Erick was the technician on duty. He was very thorough, clarifying any questions I had which made for a quality experience. They did not have the cabin filter in stock, but offered to order me one If I would like to return. I usually visit their location in Gaffney for all of my fleet vehicle services, but came here on a Sunday with my personal vehicle. I’m glad I did and utilized the generous coupon offer they regularly send out. I recommend SB for a no-pressure, but quality oil & filter change option when you’re on the go.

I go to this location for all my oil changes. The staff are all very kind and courteous. Even better they take time to explain everything they are doing. The best part is that there's no condescension. Going to get car services as a woman, it's usually a given that the staff is going to be talking down to me. Not here! Highly recommend.

Great staff and management. I came right before closing and we sat there talking shop after they were done. Great experience, I was from out of town and they gave me a few places to check out close by. And, they were fast and knowledgeable about my truck. Showed me a couple things on that too!

I really had a pleasant experience, they did a super fast oil change. Made sure my filters were maintained. Overall very positive experience. Would recommend, and service my vehicle there.
