First Class Halt

My first time taking my Lexus NX300 to FC Halt, and it was a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about my car specifically. I was notified via text messages and f/u calls from their staff to confirm my satisfaction and/or ask if there was anything else I needed. I will be using FC HALT for my Lexus for any and all service needs going forward. HIGHLY recommend.

I love HALT. My Lexus is 10 years old and I’m the original owner. I need my car to run great and keep me safe. I always get great customer service and quality work. As a woman, I’m treated with respect and don’t get upsold service I don’t need. My husband respects that! It is the only place I will go. My Honda minivan was serviced by them and my now non-mom car is serviced by them. If you work for Prisma, show your id and get a discount on parts.

First Class Halt is head and shoulders above all others in this industry! From the communication, to the video explanation of the diagnosis, to the repair process, and the returning of the vehicle. I was blown away with this level of service. Every business could learn alot from the business model First Class Halt uses. I dropped my car off while out of town. Communication was excellent. Very timely responses. They took pictures of all parts of the vehicle and noted which ones needed work and which ones would be due soon for work. Very easy drop off and pick up. Paid invoice online.

The men at HALT are very considerate, caring and kind. Normally you can’t find all three of those characteristics in a business today with customer service being at a top low. But from the time I got my estimate to the time I went to get my repair I was quite satisfied.
