Very very nice people and very thorough. They had pretty good communication. It was a little confusing at first but then I had a central point of contact and it was much smoother. They charged $269 just to analyze the car, but the cost went into the final cost of the repair. The website said FREE DIAGNOSIS! Their hourly rate was very very high in my opinion. Twice the hourly cost of my old dealership back home. I told the lady about the website saying a free diagnosis, but that was ignored. The problem was a rat decided the cost of living in Florida was too high so it decided to get free rides and take up residence in my wife’s car. The initial cost was almost $2000.00 out of pocket. They had a lot of add on’s as most shops do try to do although they are not always needed. Be knowledgeable when getting your car serviced anywhere you go. Some of the issues they found were covered under my warranty. After a few days they came back and said the damage was much worse than initially thought. Then added another almost $1400 to that. They also charged you $50 in shop supplies. They did supply pictures of the damage. So far the car runs good again. When you’re paying nearly $4000.00 the $50 shop supplies should be dropped although I’m sure that it would be added in someplace else. They did also supply a Lyft driver to pick up the wife and they tipped him also. Dealers are usually the best place to go in my opinion. They tend to have the most skilled and highly trained people on staff. Although their hourly rates are way too high I would still take my vehicles back to them. When they called the last time they had me drop off the original Accelerator Pedal sensor and they put it back on at no cost so they could make sure it was programmed correctly. They also found the rat chewed through a brake booster bracket but it was only $20. When the wife stopped in they came immediately out to her. She never had to get out. She said they are extremely organized with plenty of people to help out! They will see me again, but hopefully at a much lower rate. By the way, the rat made the mistake of trying to take up camp in my truck. Let’s just say he didn’t make it! Thanks Courtesy

My sales man was very nice. Not pushy at all. Did not try to sell me anything something else or more expansive. He walked me around the dealer to see where the serving and parts department is located. After the sale he has called me a few times to see how I’m doing and if I’m still happy with my new 2024 ram 2500. Highly recommend this dealer. The sales manager was very nice.

Had a great experience getting 4 new tires on my Grand Cherokee! Super efficient experience with Laurelyn Durham from start to finish. I called and got a price and appointment set for the tires. Dropped off my car on my lunch break and Laurelyn got an Uber ride for me back home which was a really nice surprise. She was super nice and knowledgeable and I’m so happy with my new Toyo Open Country AT 3 tires!!

My experience with them didn’t start great but finish FANTASTICALLY! The guys there did everything to make me a happy customer. Found a Galdiator on line, unfortunately it needed up being sold. They got me a different Jeep with better miles for the same money. Staff was great, selection was great. I am glad to have chosen Courtesy over the other dealers.
