We had Ralph Bramwell as our sales agent and had a great experience. Ralph took his time with us and showed us any car we wanted to look at and was very patient. Brought the car in for anoise coming from the engine bay, i was assigned sevice advisor jose and at first he stated that it could be motor mounts which i trusted them since theyre the professionals in chryslers, car was kept at the dealer 3 weeks just for the guy to tell me it was the license plate making the noise and added a frame to solve the problem. I told the guy i was not sure about it since the noise is in the front not the back! Well two days later the knocking still there and the service guy avoids my calls and messages! 0 communication NO solution to the problem
