The Sales Agent did not set up my appointment correctly. But the service still accommodated me. I was able to get my 2nd Key Fob processed and the whole service took around 30 minutes, which was better than expected.

Terrible service and a waste of time! We paid for a regular maintenance package, and the service center forgot to reset the Tire Maintenance System (which is supposed to be included in our service after rotating the tires). When I called to make an appointment to come back for them to fix what they failed to do, the service caller told me that I would likely be charged a diagnostic fee and have to leave the car at the shop all day (I was not allowed to wait, only drop off). That is outrageous to be told that I will be charged for something they failed to do in the first place! Especially since the maintenance package is charged at $900 for a truck! Not to mention having to waste my time and money for transportation (Uber) AGAIN due to their incompetency. Thankfully yesterday when I went in for my appointment to fix the TMS, I explained my case to the experienced service representative Mike, and he was able to reset it without me waiting for too long at no charge. Mike was great! If I could write a separate review for him to give him a 5 star review, I would. On top of this, the initial appointment last week was a mess because the guy in charge of our paperwork left early without completing it (along with other customers), resulting in mass confusion and being rushed out the door at closing. After this horrible experience, I'm recommending for all my friends, family, and coworkers to chose a different Chevy service center. Terrible experience, and we feel ripped off to have paid nearly $1000 to have sub-par service! Since they forgot the TMS reset, we wonder what else they failed to do with our maintenance packet (that they still charged for)! Mike was the only reasonable, friendly, and experienced person we worked with there.

Service request involved an oil change, two service bulletins and new tires. Cost of new tires and related service was pricey at $1,500, but somewhat expected. What was not expected was a $500 cost to fix a head rest issue that was identical to that in one of the service bulletins. I was told my VIN was not included in the bulletin despite having the same issue. This made absolutely no sense to me and a $500 charge for such a small issue that isn’t even mechanical is insane.

I dropped my 23 Tahoe off for an oil change and update to a recall on 12/18. Pulled into service drive to drop off the vehicle, no line which was nice, greeted by an advisor Luis (not my normal advisor as he was off in the morning). Let him know I work nearby so I can drop off and just like normal, give me a call when complete I can run back to pick up. Normally this is a smooth process, on 12/18 it was not. I waited until almost 530pm and received no call, so I called in. I was transferred around to multiple people, hung up on once after giving my name and vehicle info. I called back and was transferred to someone who actually took time to look into the status, this was around 6pm, knowing the store closes around 630. I was told it was getting done now, which I was ok with. I got a ride up to the shop and was surprised to see the vehicle just going in to the bay around 645. Waited til just after 7pm to finally leave, the recall was not addressed and was a rushed oil change I watched. Not happy - I never take time to write reviews, this one was unavoidable.
