Hello my I am a service customer of you guys at Brandon Honda for years that is also where I bought my vehicle. I am writing you guys to commend my service advisor that has been working with me this whole time his name is Andy. He has always went above and beyond to help me in the servicing of my vehicle and has always bent over backwards to help get my service needs taken care of 10 fold. He is the reason why my continued business with your service department has remained since I had my first bad experience and has rectified that to me only wanting my vehicle serviced here. My vehicle is currently getting major repairs done by your service department and that is because of Andy. I would also like you guys to know that when I bring my vehicle in what my experience is like. This service trip Andy and I planned that my CRV needed extensive repairs and set up a loaner vehicle for me to take due to the amount of time it would take with my warranty company to approve repairs and to get the parts shipped to the shop. He also informed me that a part was not covered and has diligently worked to lower my cost of this part and labor due to the fact that I am a valued customer and I am getting thousands of dollars worth of repairs through my warranty company which I may add he also felt with them on getting that approval. I can not express my gratitude and my respect to him in making this process easy and my experience second to none every time I visit even for an oil change. I hope that this email in commendation to Andy finds the owner to explicitly explain what a great example of how a service advisor should be to their customers. I am thrilled to have someone who works tirelessly to ensure that their customer is treated with such value I will be putting this email on your review page to show everyone that when they come here their not just treated like a costumer their treated like they are family, I hope he is highly appreciated for this because I am very grateful for Andy and everything he does.

Took under 3 hours to buy the car and 4 hrs and 20 min for an oil change and tire rotation. Unless you have zero to do, do not schedule service for a Saturday. It is slammed, doesn't matter if you schedule an appointment. Go during the week!!!!! Service guys are nice, but definitely have lots of patience.

I had one of the best experiences today, March 18 coming to this dealer. I had a small issue with my car. I spoke to Troy. I believe he is the service manager and he took care of it. No questions ask this is why I come to this Honda dealer they treat you with dignity, respect they don't try to upsell you. They get to the problem they fix it. They'll make sure that you satisfied with their service thank you Troy, and I look forward to keep doing my services here. thank you very much I appreciate it.

Hi, I’m not going to mention the service manager who I’m still waiting for to call me to set an appointment to fix the recall on the backup camera on my ridge line . This is now going to be the fifth month and going. Of course I’m not even going back to Brandon Honda for even an oil change anymore. Good luck to the service department!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Brandon Honda Service Department regarding a persistent noise coming from my car's engine. I initially expected to spend between $2,000 to $3,000 for repairs, but despite taking my car to the dealership, the issue wasn't properly diagnosed, and communication was poor. The staff seemed unprofessional and dismissive, failing to diagnose the problem, even when they had my vehicle for over 3 days. To make matters worse, they called me back and said they would charge me over $800 just to remove a valve cover to investigate further. I also had to wait for specific staff to return to work for updates, which I found unacceptable. Although they promised better communication and assigned a new advisor, the overall experience was disappointing. I appears to me that these "advisors", which are all "assistant managers" by the way, which how does that make sense, are there to make money in up l-charging customers. I'm not telling you not to go here, but be aware that this may happen to you and ask a lot of questions and take videos.
