Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I called asking for a quote, I was told they would order my tire for the next day and to bring my car in at 11:00am the next day. I brought the car in the next day and one of the guys working there just seemed confused and didn’t know what I was talking about. After taking 15 minutes to figure everything out, they told me it would be about 2 hours and that they would call me when my car was ready. 3 hours later after not getting a call, I called them. I asked about the status of my car and they said it should be ready in 15 minutes. I show up about 30 minutes later to pick my car up and it’s still sitting in the parking lot where I myself parked the car and it has been UNTOUCHED. I go inside and ask why I was told my car was done and why it was still sitting in the parking lot. No one could give me an answer then at that point they took my car back and the tire was replaced in about 30 minutes. I’m very dissatisfied with the service. No one there clearly knows how to communicate with one another. I’ll be taking all business elsewhere in the future. OH! I also asked for an oil change that wasn’t done.

Conrad's Tire Express will go the extra mile to get the job done, they are great at explaining everything in detail, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality tires at an affordable price. I'm the hubber that brings the rubber.

Worst service imaginable! Had ban towed early Friday morning and didn’t get it back till following Tuesday. All this for a single simple tire change..and they wanna call themselves a professional tire repair company!! Never will see my business again and this place needs to be shut down!

Stay away! My Lil cousin Erika, took her truck to this place September 2023 for a simple oil change. The oil change took 2 trainee and a Supervisor to complete. While driving her truck started knocking! Her engine was gone. Out of 3 people no one thought to put the oil cap back on. She filed a lawsuit.. A month after filing the lawsuit they fired all 3 employees. Now, I am originally from Ohio! What I do know is Bedford is racist as hell. My cousin stated everyone in the court was white! And the Judge keep taking Conrad's side. So, I am going to contact the local news this week..And seek legal counseling for my cousin. If you mess up you own it! At the bare minimum pay my cousin the value for her vehicle. I told her you have 1 year to file a lawsuit. It clearly states in the transcript from Conrad's that they forgot to put the cap on. So, why do the judge continue to side with them. Here's what I know to be true if you don't stand for something you will fall for anything. Our great grandfather Marched with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Having said that Conrad's Tire Express! I am coming for you.

I’ve now had two frustrating experiences at Conrad’s that have made it clear I won’t be returning. The first time, I had an appointment to get my tires changed. I was quoted a time, but the service ran significantly over. I had to keep reaching out for updates, and didn’t get my car back until close to closing. There was very little communication throughout the day. The second visit was the last straw. I scheduled an appointment online for both an oil change and a diagnostic test. When I arrived, I was immediately met with hostility. One of the employees came out yelling that he didn’t “have time for wiring” and demanded I come back on Wednesday. I calmly explained that my appointment was for today and that if they couldn’t accommodate me, I should have been contacted in advance—not yelled at upon arrival. I even asked why the energy felt so hostile, and rather than course-correct, he kept going back and forth with me. The man at the front desk was polite, but the overall experience was extremely unprofessional. I ended up taking my business right next door, and I’m glad I did. Customer service matters—especially in a business that relies on trust and reliability. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel either

If I've ever heard of deception myself! This place is an absolute joke never have I experienced so much idiocy in my life. Now I've been to other places before that were meh okay but this place you try and sell things that people don't need and you try and force them to buy parts they don't want bunch of thieves!! Best to just do the work yourself or have a family member that is competent on what they're doing have them do it this place is a nightmare!

I called Conrad’s for an appointment for a suspension inspection. The gentleman who answered went over the free inspection which he said that would be just a listening and looking inspection, he said that the $139 inspection was where they would take things apart and see exactly what’s wrong. I said I want that one and that it’s making noise underneath, something’s off with my suspension. He said that the first available was Friday at 10am. I dropped my car off on Friday at 9 am for a 10 am appointment. When I dropped it off they asked was I hearing a noise or something, I told him I just a lot of cracking and knocking. I left car yesterday at 9am. I just talk to the most rude and disrespectful man he yelled at me and told me that it wasn’t his fault and he was trying to help me and hung up on me. I asked to speak with a regional or area manager and he said he would take my number and give it to him on Monday. Wheni called back, he asked again why was I upset and I told him that I dropped my car off for a paid inspection and you told me the results were that it was just tires and maintenance and windshield wipers. Like how? I know for facts I need brakes. So basically yall took my car said you would inspect it and didn’t and pretty tried to get me to buy tires and maintenance things done. Is this what your doing to women now disrespecting them and then not doing the work and telling them anything to get them to buy services. I have been coming Conrad’s for along while but the manager and the front desk are terrible don’t trust them he has my car until Monday and I am scared he will make it worst. I am so mad you had my car all that time and didn’t do the correct inspection lied and when I asked you to tell me why no one did the full suspension inspection that cost $139 like I originally asked for. You get mad and hang up.

Well, we're done with Conrads. We used to get all our trailer tires here and bring all the company vehicles in for repairs, but we refuse to deal with attitudes. Wanted to drop off a couple of tires for repair and was told they had no time to get to them. I said not in a hurry and could leave them, but same response, couldn't get to them. Never again.
