Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

HORRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THEIR SHOPS!!! Went in January 7,2025 for an oil change and 4 new tires. I left with the vehicle now needing THOUSANDS of dollars to even make is SAFE to be on the road. Coolant was added to the brake reservoir. I had to have it towed multiple times to have other shops to verify the damage and risk. Finally had it towed by a company that was picking it up from the dealership to take it to one of their chain stores. Located in south Euclid off of mayfield. First tow by the way that didn’t actually come out of my own pocket. They “flushed the system “ not true!!! We picked it up Friday evening and it was right back to them Monday morning first thing. The vehicle ran like crap after they “fixed” their screw up!!! Rpm were going wild etc. they called me back LATE Monday and said the vehicle can be picked up because it was running fine for them. BS!!!!! The vehicle is back at the shop (DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THEIRS!) parked because corporate and the manager Dan (south Euclid) will not doing anything!!!! It is now February 14,2025 and still no vehicle due to them not wanting to fix their screw up!!! I will be report the company to everyone I possibly can. STAY AWAY TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE SAFE AND YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! Saddest part is mistakes happen but own up to them!!!! FIX YOUR ERROR!! EDIT….. I’d say I appreciate the “owner” leaving a comment on this review that they are disappointed to hear I had a bad experience. IM NOT DISAPPOINTED IM DISGUSTED that I’m OVER A MONTH WITHOUT A VEHICLE ONE OF YOUR SHOPS SCREWED UP!!! PAYING UBERS OVER 100$ A DAY! PAY FOR TOWS NOW SIX WEEKS LATER AND IT IS AT THE SHOP AS I TRY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIGURE OUT THIS HUGE SCREW UP!!! NOT ONLY IS THE VEHICLE NOW SITTING THERE UNTIL I FIGURE OUT HOW TO COME UP WITH EVEN MORE MONEY TO REPAIR YOUR SCREW UP IT IS EVEN MORE SCREWED UP THAT YOUR COMPANY ISN’T JUST COMPLETELY DISMISSING THIS BUT ACTUALLY ALLOWED ME TO LEAVE YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT GIVING ANY WARNING THAT THE VEHICLE IS NOW EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! I HAD MY CHILD WITH ME!!!!

One of my headlights went out, so I needed to get it fixed asap. At first, I went to another car repair shop and was told it would cost around $50+ for parts and labor, but they couldn't do it right away. They referred me to Will at Tire Choice. Will agreed to do the service right away. He welcomed me to the garage like he was welcoming me into his home. Will offered me a seat, the TV remote, and some water while I waited. After waiting a short while he came out of the garage smiling and said the bulb was just a little loose, and it didn't need replacing at all. Then, he asked me if I'd like my washer fluid topped off...all complimentary! WOW! I haven't heard of service like this in YEARS! I will ALWAYS trust my car to Will at Tire Choice. (BTW, I gave him $10 for his trouble, and he said he'd use it to buy pizza for his team. GREAT BOSS!)

I am very unhappy the way I was treated at this location. The staff is very unprofessional and didn't care about my safety. I was sold a damaged tire I was was told it was new but it leaked air less than a week and needed a valve stem....putting my life and the safety of others at risk. Also, the staff wasn't suppose to sell it to me because it was discontinued. I requested a refund....denied be careful with your tire purchases here. The staff didn't care about my safety not even their corporate office.

This place has the worse service. I came to change my 2 rear tires here and they have both brand new tires and rims covered in a white sticky substance…complained to the the guy that called himself the manager and the response I got from him was that they are not a car detailing shop. Thats not all, they messed up my TPMS. After switching out the old tires for new ones, the 2 tires doesn’t show up in the car when I check the tire pressure. They also broke one of the side marker lights on my car and when I brought it up, the so called manager went on the inspection they “hypothetically” did when I brought the car in and doctored the inspection report to say my car came to them like that… (I know that cos he spent a good amount of time on the iPad before showing me the so called inspection). The definitely don’t have competent workers and their customer relations is zero. My last time ever patronizing them. Update: I brought my car back to them to fix the TPMS. Apparently they broke my sensors while they were installing the new tires and never even mentioned it…workers lack integrity. They are suppose to replace my 2 TPMS but I have to get a call from a “higher” manager before that can be set up. They claimed the manager called me several times but I never got any call and no voicemail was left. This place is just a joke… They will mess up your car and blame you for it.

Will and the team went above and beyond to address a series of issues that came up with my wife's Audi Q3. Her car broke down on 271 (pic of broken/rusted rear suspension) and we had it towed to this local Tire Choice. Right from the start, the team there was friendly, helpful and interested in trying to ensure that the car was fixed to my wife's satisfaction and wouldn't break the bank. They worked effectively to get the replacement parts, provide us with on-going status, and coordinating on pick-up day/time based on our schedule. Shout out to this team for showing some genuine care for the customer as despite the car having a significant issue, the team there helped make it a positive outcome.

After no success waiting for service at another company I was happy to come here. Micah gave excellent customer service to everyone that came through the door. He touch based every step of the way. Last I was in and out. They gained a new customer!
