Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Matt is phenomenal! I rarely see people who are willing to say "I am not sure how to do this correctly, but here's this person who is more qualified to help you out." He did a wonderful job with what he was able to do and I have already recommended him to at least three people. Will absolutely be back for my future car issues and maintenance. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone I've encountered.

Went to get my tires checked. Nobody came out to talk to me, waited for over 45 minutes. Then I asked them to specially drop my tires to a certain PSI. They not only didn’t get it to that PSI, my tires weren’t even adjusted. This is ridiculous service and will not return. I’m will definitely be going to Take 5 for the future. They will come out and greet me, even give me a water. Then it also never takes as long as that just did. 0/10 recommendation.

The technicians were very professional. He explained every thing to me including my Groupon deal. He showed me my air filter and he recommended that I changed it which I did. I really like coming to this location.

I come to this location because it's close to my house but I won't be any more. The last two occasions I've came a lady with short red hair stripped a lug on my car during a tire rotation. Didn't refund me for her carelessness, told me to take it to Firestone and get it fixed after she messed it up. The second and last time I used this Valvoline she tried to change the cabin air filter in my work vehicle and didn't have the correct size then messed the one up that was in it and just stuffed it back in messed up. She is definitely too eager for the commission's they get for up selling. Terrible service, I will never go back to this location!

I've been to many Valvoline locations. This location tops all the rest! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly & explained things in a way I could understand, especially since I don't know too much about cars! The team worked well together & the place was clean. I got a new battery & rear diff for my suv. In the future, I will come back to this location! Thanks to Jerry (manager), Amanda (asst mgr), Donte, Mont, Gavin & Elgin- you made this experience at North Randall great.

Guys did a good job, good communication, they told me every step they did so this made me feel really comfortable. During the tire rotation I liked that they used a torque ranch. Most places just use the air gun and never the torque ranch.

On February 25 I get a oil change and they put on my filter bad and all the oil my car ran out of oil and damage my engine and I contact them about my car and the manager at the location send me to a mechanical garage were the manager ask them to find a different fault so they will not be responsible for fixing my car these guys at that location smoke weed on the job and damage my car engine and valvoline at north randal are refused to fix my car and the area manager refused to talk to me about my car because he too is covering up for this manger that don't know his work plz plz can someone assist me with this matter thank you
