Best experience ever. Both reps ...Marty and Rhys ...reps we're professional, pleasant and made a big effort. To do great job . Both professionally and even better with the smile! Got me In-N-Out quickly & were extremely Courteous! Highly recommend this Station location! Big kudos to both of them... in this day & age Customer service is a a lost art. But not for them, they were the best. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond and with a smile..

Every employee today at the E-Check on S. Miles Rd had a pleasant and professional attitude today. Easy process. Highly recommend visiting this location. Line wasn't very long and moved very quickly. Only had to use one bay.

It is no longer necessary to stand in line to get your e-check or to get the paperwork done. You can now go to 19000 South Miles Road. Editorial comment here. South miles is one block south of Miles at Lee and Miles Road. Don't make the same mistake I did by turning left onto Miles from Lee Road. Continue straight on Lee for one more block then turn left on South Miles. They both have a self-emissions check machine. Which you can use and takes about a minute to do. And then you can go inside the building and there's a kiosk there where you can actually pay for your new license tag and have it printed for you. There is a little bit of a learning curif but hang in there. It's worth the time and the energy if you don't like standing in line at the BMV. There is also a self-testing kiosk on Taylor Road just south of cedar right beside the back of Sherwin-Williams store. That can do the emissions report but it does not do the other of allowing you to pay to get your tag for your license plate. So you might as well go to South Miles to do that where you can do both. Of course the other option is is to do the self-testing and then go online finish the process.

So easy and quick. Recommend for anyone needing a simple transaction with the BMV. Less than 5 minutes! Well worth the added $5 fee.
